The instructor explains well when imparting techniques to the learner by applying illustrations where relevant.

Arianna and leon helped me get my £400 deposit back after pass me fast told me I was not eligible to get my deposit back. After they said I waved my right to a refund when I logged into the student portal. But you need to do this to see if you are eligible for finance. I was not and when  I tried to cancel and get a refund they said I was not able to. Then after I wrote a review on trust pilot leon referred my complaint.  About a week later I got a call from Arianna to let me know I was getting a full refund.

Never found a worse business for driving. I’m sure everyone is having difficulty finding a local driving instructor so I decided to do an intensive course. The prices were expensive but I decided I just wanted it done quickly. Payed my deposit then the company took ages to allocate me an instructor. They found me one after around 40 days of passing my theory test. He messages me and tells me he lives a 4 hour drive away and wants me to do 6 hours of driving in a day. This is stupid as I can drive to landsend in that time (I live in Cumbria). He was rude and was trying to force me into taking driving lessons. I said no and requested a new instructor. 45 days later with my test being on the 4/10/24 I finnaly got to have a refund. Payed 900 and they offered me 750 back for admin, driving theory and practical test. I’m yet to receive the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’d rather have waited for a local instructor which I have finnaly got and he’s brill. If you use this company it’s on you.

I had to rebook my practical test for a 2nd time and received efficient and genuinely empathic service from Ariana of PassMeFast. As my Driving Instructor is retiring in the near future, Ariana assured me that she would do all she could to expedite the rebooking. It was great to work with someone who understood my situation and sincerely cared.

Chris was very informative & professional. So happy I’ve finally booked an intensive course. I’m very confident PassMeFast will be a great experience.

Was marketed as a two-week intensive when I purchased for the summer. When I received my instructor he could only do lessons in a months time which didn't work as I would be back at university away from home. Called up the team (Sarah) after lots of back and fourth emails and discussed options. Leyla from the team got back in touch and provided a full refund of payment. Happy found a resolution in the end. Can now reapply next summer - leave lots of time headroom though!

Never trust PassMeFast they did not refund me after asking for a refund for 60 days and they forced the service onto me while I still did not need it

If there was a zero star I would have given a zero star. Company takes your money, indicates there is a team working 24/7 to secure a FAST test. In reality that is not true. No feedback, no test, no one to answer calls.. It feels like a scam but probably isn’t, but do not be fooled.. you will be just as well off booking your own test and following up yourself. They add absolutely no value, despite the hard and believable sales pitch. Avoid like the plague.

Really recommend Nahida, she was very accommodating and helped me pass my test! I liked the structure of the intensive course and felt like the course was focused on me passing rather than just chatting during lessons, which I feel can be an issue with other driving schools. Would recommend passmefast!

Donald was a fabulous instructor who got me passed first time! He was patient and pushed me to try new things quicker than any other driving instructors I’ve had has ever done, I was able to see progress quickly through an intense couple weeks of driving helping me to build confidence behind the wheel. As for the company of PassMeFast they were great once the process got started, finding an instructor did take a while but I was kept up to date with everything via phone and got my say with everything. My driving test was also booked later than anticipated but with instructor and test availability within the area I can’t really complain! I would recommend.

Chris was very helpful on the phone with finding the right course and the right location to take my test. Hopefully I get one through in December or earlier!

staff didn’t bother getting back to me when they promised they would, I was issued a refund and then turned out pass me fast never bothered to send it and just hoped I wouldn’t notice £740 was missing, when I ask for updates I just get screenshots of invoices and no one responds to my questions. I highly advise people avoid them, unless you’re paying the money, they don’t want to help.
