Had my first Theory lesson last night and Aryana made the process of learning the information very easy!! Great introduction to driving!

I had my first lesson yesterday and I had really good experience. The instructor is really nice gentlemen the way he teach is really good I was really comfortable with the instructor the timing was good he was on time

Aryana She greeted me with a lovely voice and talked to me calmly. She explained everything I needed to know and helped understand the situation. Overall my the end of the phone call, my worries have been depleted and I felt much better afterwards. She was a delight to talk to!

Communicating with the staff member was easy to do and fast to understand the situation I was in.

Kayleigh was very helpful in dealings with my queries and she searched for me the driving instructor available in my area as early as possible which is November . Otherwise i would have to wait for more than 3 months.

Advertise as helping you pass quickly- this is misleading. Although they make a test booking within the timescales they advertise, the test date was 5 months later. They did find me an excellent instructor but this took 6 weeks and meant that I had less time to prepare for my test. They booked my test in a town which neither I, nor the instructor they found had ever been to so unfortunately i failed due to an unfamiliar road layout. I had paid £150 extra for 2 more tests up front. Having failed to pass the first time, I activated these. They said they would find me a new test within 30 days but they didn’t. They kept saying they couldn’t book me a test as there was already a test booked on my account - there definitely wasn’t- I checked each time and confirmed this by email multiple times. They clearly didn’t bother to read any of the emails I sent and just kept sending out the same standard email. Eventually as they failed to book a test as promised I found and paid again for my own last minute test which I then passed. Even when I emailed them that I had now passed, their customer service adviser replied asking me to cancel my test as they wanted to book me one in Gillingham ( about 100 miles from here) - absolutely no interest or care about what I was telling them. PMF then refused to refund the £150 for the non existent tests they had promised to book. I have asked for evidence of the booked tests against my account that they say prevented them from booking a test within the agreed timescales. They cannot provide anything ( as there was definitely no test booked). In hindsight I feel this is a fraudulent narrative they create to justify keeping your money when they do not meet their side of the agreement. They make lots of promises but then use weasel words to get out of these. They charge premium rates for a supposedly fast service but in essence offer nothing you couldn’t book yourself and at half the price. Overall a complete waste of money from an organisation who couldn’t care less once they have your money. Update - I have passed my details to PMF as detailed in their response below. 6 days later and there has been no contact from them at all and no attempt to put things right.

Avoid at all cost I put a review on one week ago about my experience with pass me fast and was told by Leon he was going to look into this complaint they have my contract details it’s been over a week now and nothing been done

Had a poor past experience with this service a little over a year ago, with no lessons and confusing customer service. Tried again recently, and my issue was resolved promptly by Kayleigh. Very professional, and very intent on getting people passed with their driving tests! Would definitely recommend this service, especially to those wishing to circumvent the long wait times with Instructors, and as the companies name states - get passed fast. Looking forward to trying their online portal which tracks your progress and provides continued support after each lesson. Good luck to everyone attempting to get their licence.

I got great help from zeeshan when my account was put on hold for inactivity. Super helpful and helped me understand what had happened and fixed it very quickly.

My Instructor is very good in teaching and she made me feel at ease during my first lesson. I am beginning to know what I didn't know before in driving. She is good I must say.

It was a great experience. Well experienced instructor, patient and well articulate. He did very well from the beginning to the end.

Pass me fast is the best to go to but is super slow to start the lessons, but have a number you can phone for help if your not sure about something. The lessons are all about your driven and how to pass the test. You have a drivers how help you though everything and explain what is to be done and how to do it. Thanks again Lee
