Less than six weeks later - we're due to complete tomorrow and our appointed solicitor Barry has confirmed the funds are with them and ready for completion tomorrow morning. From the initial call to the team and speaking with Stephen (Purchase Negotiator), to the countless emails and calls with Barry (Senior Associate) - we both wouldn't hesitate to recommend McEwan Fraser Legal to everyone we know. I've just checked and (due to me not having a clue!) we've exchanged well over 100 emails with Barry - the majority of which have been us asking silly questions - and we've always received a very quick, detailed and thorough response. Our mortgage lender were especially difficult (due to our situation of being new-ish company directors) and they asked for so much additional information and form-filling, clarity and extra processes. Barry completed all this without fuss, complaint or hassle. To sum up, Barry and Stephen we're both fantastic. My first contact was with James M, who we contacted when we wanted to get a house initially but we were unsuccessful. After about a year, we were back on the market and decided to reach out to James again who was gracious enough to give us the same quote as at last year. James gave us advice to know how and what to do and when we had a property we were interested in he handed us over to Finaly who was also super. We recently engaged McEwan Fraser Legal to discharge our mortgage security on our property. The process was handled very efficiently by Alishah and we were regularly informed of progress. This is the second time we have engaged MFL, we had previously used their services to buy and sell our house, both times they have been great.

This isn't the first time I've used Mcewan Fraser. The attention to detail and the communication throughout the sales process is excellent. Local firms were asked for expected sale prices and were way under what I achieved so I am once again very pleased. Not always best to go with the cheapest agent in my experience.
