Seen this company advertised ! AND WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OF !!!! . We got a bridging loan to buy a property in Spain, before we had managed to sell our property in Cumbernauld. However before we sold our property, we were never informed of all the many extra costs involved, not to mention well over £3000 ( purple bricks don’t charge this) in selling and lawyer fees. We were promised the earth by this Lewis chap who worked there !!!! In the end we paid the earth and got fleeced by this money hungry outfit. We were even accused of not being honest & genuine by this Lewis chap. I give this company a -0 out of 10 They charged us 3 times more fees than any other company selling houses in the whole of the UK ! Over £2000 compared to £590 for most other companies. They promise you the world and we can do this and that for you ! What a complete rip of and let down ! Only use cowboy company if you don’t really care what service you get or how much fees you pay ! Absolutely disgusting - and it’s not the first time this money hungry company has let me down!!!! Andy glover / Cindy Wilson
