Almost went with them for selling our flat and glad we didn't, our experience with them as a potential buyer has been really poor. They either ignore you or take forever to get back, on one occasion they booked the wrong time for our viewing as they didn't read an email properly. Only reason it's 2 stars rather than one is that the staff once you actually get to one of their viewings have generally been quite helpful.

Professional Team, highly recommended to my connections. Staffs are very warm and welcome. The photographer creates the impression of a mansion house than a normal terraced house. Valuation is accurate to home report, staffs from property sales department are diligent and resourceful. The legal team are professional, understand the value of the client. So much better than other arrogant, ignorance estate agents I have experienced before, a pleasant experience in all.

We received a call from Jonny regarding the house at Cherrytree Gardens that we had shown an interest in, he visited the next day to discuss and offered McEwan Fraser to act as agent for selling our own property, the next day we had someone out surveying the house, followed by a photographer that took very good photographs of the house, so much so that we wondered why we were selling it, they also did a very good review of the house and it was sold before the for sale board was put up. All in all, we received a very good service from everyone involved in the various aspects of the sale etc. I would like to give a special mention though to Jonny how kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything was kept moving along to a very quick sale and purchase of the house we really wanted.

From start to finish everything has gone really well with the sale of our mum's house. I have been kept up to date and well informed every step of the way. When I needed help it was given quickly and with grace. Although I only had personal contact with Jay at the start of proceedings all the people I had contact with over the phone were lovely and helpful. Any requests I made were carried out very quickly and efficiently. An extremely good experience all round.

I have recently been arranging power of attorney and although difficult during the pandemic the service I received has been excellent. The lady I have been dealing with was Kelsey Wilson and she has been polite helpful and so patient in discussions with my 82yr old mother.
