My experience was great and Cara Seivwright could not of been more helpful in the process. Always there when I needed anything explained and very patient with me when I couldn't get documents back straight away as I was offshore. Overall a brilliant service. I would highly recommend.

Everything was taken care of quickly and house was on the market in no time. Had to gain advice from the legal team as I had a tenant in situ and new rules were in place due to covid 19. Jamie Miller from the legal team was exceptional in helping me out whenever I had a new query, which was often!. He was friendly and very professional and always very fast with his replies to phone calls and emails.

Fantastic service - great brand!

Absolutely appalling and judgemental. Received a call from this firm regarding my request for a quote for the solicitor to belittle me and make assumptions due to the estate agency I had chosen and literally tell me I am “silly”. Disgusted a solicitors firm think this is an appropriate way to speak to a potential new client.

Recently sold my flat during current pandemic, which in itself is an achievement, however, add to this the fact I was overseas the whole time, meant that on paper this would be an extremely difficult sale...however that was not to be the case. The service I received from start to finish from McEwan was 5 star, from my initial introductory call with Graeme, who broadly outlined how the process would go, somethings to look out for and what I can expect from McEwan’s as a company. This sort of transparency from the outset was great, and set the tone for the rest of my dealings with the company. Getting everything setup was straightforward, all done online and very easy to follow. Tracking activity through their web portal was a great way to keep up to date with what was going on without the need to constantly drop emails to the team. Once offer was accepted, it was a matter of dealing with the legal side of the team. Natalie, who I dealt with predominately was fantastic, she was very responsive, broke things down into layman’s terms when required, was extremely transparent and kept me in the loop on everything needed, with actually keeping the effort my side to a minimum. Would absolutely recommend McEwan Fraser to anyone about to sell their home.
