The service I received via Steve - the film star on the video's - was beyond excellent. He and I emailed each other many times and he answered my queries and gave me advice on what suited my needs. I am the first in the UK to receive the new rigid Etrike and also the first to take advantage of Alpine's interest free credit. I got very good service from the company and the bike was delivered extra quickly as I had a personal deadline which they helped me meet. The bike works well and I am very pleased with it and would happily recommend the bike and the company to any one interested an a folding electric bike.

Excellent service and I love my new Etrike

The service from start to finish was friendly, helpful and informative. They really put themselves out to deliver earlier than expected. Because of my physical condition due yo a series of recent strokes I have had s couple of adaptions carried out and have recently been on my first few rides. I'm glad I ordered a trike due to my balance problems and it has performed just as described. When my mind and body finally get the hang of cycling again this trike will replace the journies I would have done in my car.. I'm very pleased with the service provided
