Delivery proved to be not completely straight forward due to an extra bit I required not being compatible with the standard pedals. However the owner (of the business) drove around to locate a compatible pair of pedals and fitted them all at his own expense.

As usual, excellent service, no quibbles; the broken rear axle was replaced, has been fitted and the trike is working well again.

Brilliant service you do need all the help from Steve when purchasing trike. Riding a trike is a little difficult at first. Completely different to ride. After the helpful advice from Steve he makes it so much easier to ride. Very pleased with trike one of best items I have bought for a long time. Big thanks to Steve and his Dad

Alpine electric bikes website was easy to use . I ordered the Alpine Explorer trike which suited me as as it is an electric mountain trike with 7 pedal gears with 5 assets & a mobility mode ( with no pedalling ) . The trike has plenty of space with a large rack with back a large cooler bag on the back & a smaller one on the front. The trike was delivered within 5 days & was demonstrated to me on delivery as the trikes are delivered by van fully operational & the battery charged . Alpine was very helpful as I did phone to find out about availability & delivery & Alpine phone to arrange delivery from their base in Leicester. I very much liked the personal touch from Alpine & very pleased with the trike & the mobility mode . I'm disabled so the trike gives me freedom & not having to wait for buses . The trike will take me on the routes I want to take out in rhe countryside along footpaths & canals . I recommend Alpine electric bikes for their good service & well made trikes .

The Alpine E-trike was brought to Cornwall for my granddaughter to trial it. Steve explained the gears, brakes, battery re-charging to her and he gave her general advice for trike, as opposed to bicycle riding. In fact all round he couldn’t have improved on his introduction to the E-trike. My granddaughter loves the trike & her best friend Hattie the cockerpoo is getting used to sitting in the rear basket!

I brought an Alpine Mobility Explorer E- Mountain trike online . The website was easy to use with plenty of information about the trike . I had watched their videos of their trikes & others on you tube . Over lockdown I dreamed of owning one . I received an e-mail to say I'd purchased the Trike & then had a phonecall to tell me they had a van in my area to deliver it 5 days later . Steve the guy that did the video delivered it & demonstrated the Explorer E- trike to me . The trike is what I dreamed of so thanks to Steve & his team for getting me a machine to get back out on the highways & byways again !

I'm very pleased with the bike, still trying to get used to it before going on the open road, what I think is missing is a manual, giving a general maintenance schedule, like tyre pressures and general care of the machine

I bought an Alpine Electric Explorer Trike to help with local shopping and general short trips as I live in a rural area poorly served with public transport. The trike is lovely and just what I need, I am not the quickest at learning the skills required to master the magnificent machine. How very glad I was that I had it delivered in person by Steve his patience and calm nature were so impressive, as he spent and hour and a half helping me to develop the skills required to ride the trike,for without his encouragment I think I would have given up straight away. He assured me that a short practise daily was required to build up skills and confidence and not to attempt a longer journey before I had achieved both. How right he was and it is paying off. It is going to be lovely way to travel around this summer. I spent 18 months researching which trike to buy and from whom. I am so glad that I bought my trike from Alpine Electric Bikes they understand that each customer is an individual and that customer service is important. The bike is well built and beautifully finished a real pleasure to use. Personally I would recommend Alpine Electric Bikes everytime and have passed on the companies details to people who have expressed an interest in the trike. Excellent service, delivered on time and as promised. The trike is a joy and has improved my life immeasurably, it took a little getting used to but within a few hours I was fully confident and enjoying an easy ride.

Nice Trike fast delivery Steve is a friendly person and spent time going over everything on the Trike which is OK but if you forget something there is no guide to look over for the price of the Trike you think you would get on. Steve did say on the delivery day that he would email it over a week later still waiting. The charger he gave me did not work but 2 days later he brought me one over. The Trike itself could do with a few more gears 3 is not enough. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because how nice Steve was..

I bought an Alpine Tilt Trike, and although I have only had it for a week, I am very happy with the design and build quality. The service provided was excellent including the briefing and the " view before you buy " was especially welcome, because I am disabled and needed to see it before making a committment.

Ordered the bike and received it within 2 weeks.. delivery was prompt and they arrived roughly when they said they would (within 1hr of delivery time) Was shown the basics of how the bike works and the guy was friendly and helpful. I havent ridden the bike yet so cannot comment on that but first impressions are good. EDIT: I used this bike today on the 24/12/21 and was cycling on the pavement, i felt a shudder and the rubber on the back wheel separated from the wheel frame lurching me towards traffic, to say i am wary about riding this product after it is fixed is an understatement. I have contacted the company to try and resolve this issue and hopefully get a refund but as it is Christmas Eve it no doubt take a few days to sort out. I hope this is just a one off issue and no one else is having these problems. Edit the trouble is that you are unable to touch the bike to check if it is a puncture as that can then void the warranty if there is evidence of you removing parts of the bike, so i had no idea it was a puncture until i slowly wheeled it to halfords to get it checked, this information is new and the commenter knows this, i got the bike checked last week 11th Jan.. Also the parts the company give you do not fit so you will need your own spanners to get the wheel off.. Also to get the wheel off from what Halfords could tell is you need to do a hell of a lot of disassembling (i.e taking the basket off the back) The commenter should also be aware that they did not return my phone call that i left on the 24/12/21 as well as reply to my email that i sent on the 24/12/21, now i dont expect a email straight away over xmas but 3 weeks on have heard nothing.. I believe that since i sent the email within 28 days of the delivery date and 14 days of the delivery date that i am entitled to get my money back as it is short term right to reject the product? Until i get some clarity on this issue then the rating stays the same.. I am willing to alter this rating if things can be discussed via phone or email.. Edit.. i upgraded it to 3 stars the bike is decent but the customer service if you have an issue is suspect
