My Grandmother ordered this bike and on the second time using it she was tipped INTO THE ROAD! We are super fortunate that she was not hurt far more than she was (but she was very banged up and bruised) thanks to the kindness of drivers blocking off the road so she could be helped up as she was trapped under the bike. She says even the lowest speed is far too fast. We are currently waiting for it to be collected and for her refund to come through - although she is losing out on a lot of money she paid for it. "Bitterly dissapointed" not suitable for people with mobility issues

Very good experience so far, but making left hand turns involves taking a larger turning circle than one would naturally expect,due to dragging sideways the rear wheels, creating a danger of going too close to on flowing traffic. A problem which can be managed with experience.

The tilt trike is an excellent machine I'd recommend it to anybody

I am really pleased with the purchase of my e-trike; the tilt mechanism means it's very similar to riding an ordinary bike and the huge back basket means it's great for shopping. The throttle means I can get a quick getaway at traffic lights and when joining new roads so I feel safe. The service has been excellent: prompt delivery and instruction and when I'd forgotten how to turn the lights on I had an immediate reply to my email even though it was on a Sunday.

Steve just delivered my tilt trike. He's very patient answered all my questions and suggested the best way to get the bike around my very tricky garden. After that he even took the trouble to pump up the tyres on my other bike for me! Lovely man customer service at it's best!

I must say i was really impressed when Steve brought my etrike to me.It was all ease and really friendly and nothing was to much ..very detailed and useful information..so thankyou so much for all that.Although i declined to try the trike at the time because of lack of confidence..you will be pleased to know Steve that i have now been out gained confidence ...and absolutely LOVE it...amazing...

My bike was delivered to my door by Steve,who even changed his schedule for me to fit me in.I was given a tutorial on all the controls and battery care,and all of my questions were answered before Steve moved on to his next delivery.All in all,I am very pleased with my bike and the service received from Steve.

I cannot say enough good things about Alpine Electric Bikes. The helpfulness of Steve is a fine example of how businesses should be run, nothing was too much trouble, no pushiness just honest, product savvy information that helped me make up my mind after hours and days of internet research and numerous phone calls. I asked if he could deliver before Christmas as my enquiry was on the 18th December. Steve informed me he would look at his very tight schedule and get back to me, he rang me back within the hour and said he could only deliver the next day about 6pm. The bike's arived at 6 fully assembled with a smiling Steve after a 130 mile trip. What more could you ask for, well done Steve and Alpine Electric Bikes.
