Function & size, too early to tell if the tap will perform long term.

Helpful and friendly , I had a problem with measurements regarding a replacement lid for a Kitchen Bin , which were sorted out quickly. I just found the delivery a little slow.

Nice bin , but the lid is useless does not open properly when pressing the button. The spring is not adequate to open wide enough to put anything in it, so have to manually open it to do so ,which defeats the object , also a bit dubious about it being 30ltr my previous one being quite a bit taller

There was a muddle over delivery dates, it ended up arriving while we were away and entailed getting hold of the neighbours, so it wasn’t left on show in the porch. Even on the actual day I was given a delivery time, and then told it had already been delivered. All frustrating and un-necessary. The tap itself is a very good design, but still hasn’t been installed because we are waiting on the fitter. I’m hoping it’s going to be okay, as I am fed up of being pestered for a review.

Customer service is excellent - Poppy and Lydia are a real asset to the Company and will help out where at all possible. The logistics and stock updates are challenging but with service like this they can turn a potentially disappointing experience around to great effect !

Late delivery leaving me with no working bathroom for4 days

It wasn't clear on website that the supplied Flexi tails connectors wouldn't fit standard isolation valves. This would have been helpful to prevent last minute rush to buy the correct tails. Otherwise, taps are perfect.

Ordered what was supposed to be a like for like tap but when it arrived the connections were smaller than current ones. The order took longer to arrive and the returns process was less than straightforward, not helped by the bank holiday weekend. All in all will stick to buying in store in future.

Delivery was delay

The tap started leaking within 4 years. The valves were impossible to remove early on. I have asked for support as it is still on the manufacturer’s warranty but was told a number of excuses and wrong assumptions to brush me off.

Several thing went wrong with this purchase. Firstly I was only informed after ordering, that they were moving warehouse and would be a week late - allegedly this was advertised on the site, but not anywhere I seen. Secondly, once the 3-hole taps arrived I believe that the incorrect connecting pipes were supplied - I was given 200mm braided pipes for what was less than a 100mm gap, meaning the only way to fit was make a loop which has resulted in exceedingly poor waterflow. No installation guide to show how such long braided pipes should be fitted, if a loop was the correct method or if they were just the wrong connectors. So I'm left with nice looking taps that aren't useable in a bath plumbed in.
