The process was so easy and delivery was as stated on website.

From browsing their website to making my choice I cannot praise this company enough. My order was processed most efficiently, website steps to payment. Once order placed I was kept up to date on order progress ie, when it would arrive in warehouse, when it would be shipped and delivered. Delivery was also on time and updates of arrival time given. Also packaging was very protective to avoid damage in transit, tap arrived in pristine condition. I absolutely love my tap and it was less expensive than the shop where I first saw it. Never used this company before but highly recommend them both on service and delivery.

From start to finish great service

Ordered a Frank rolling mat for the draining board section of my sink. It is brilliant and helps protect the draining board from scratching. It also makes it easier for glasses etc. to drain well into the sink without falling over. Very competitively priced too.

Unfortunately as I have experienced with so many other sanitary wear suppliers online, the packaging protection is very poor and the pedestal for a basin arrived broken. Why suppliers think that covering a box with 'Fragile' tape will protect the contents, when the packing material inside is more or less non existent. I don't feel the courier companies are always to blame as they are not paid to pick one delivery from a supplier and hold it on their lap for the journey. If items were protected adequately, they are less likely to become damaged. It must cost suppliers a fortune to replace damaged items as well as the courier company that also foots the bill. Common sense required...

I am always very cautious when I see in the instructions words to the effect that “it only takes a couple of minutes to install”. However, true to Taps UK product information sheet it did only take a couple of minutes to reinstall my insinkerator replacement tank. Very prompt and efficient service from Taps UK and their delivery agent Yodel. Highly recommend both companies.
