Hi I didn't know Google had been paid for the Astini Torlan chrome 3way Kitchen tap on 17th. The next day received an email asking me to complete the transaction; your Company should have been checked it over before sending that email, believing that might not have been done so. And upon request to pay again by key in card details. Resulting to having two Taps sent out to me. I have tried to bring up with your customer service, for it isn't fair for me to pay to send one back by requesting to be paid postage costs but rejected..I had no choice but now have had it sent back by Royal mail, Hope your company will let me have the full refund together with the postage costs paid back to me please

Good value for money and really prompt delivery

Taps UK provided an excellent service when an item needed replacing because it was faulty. I was kept up to date with when a replacement would be available and would be delivered.

I ordered an item that arrived damaged, a replacement item was then sent out, it didn't even make it to me before it was reported as damaged, refund then requested & granted. A total waste of 2 weeks and held my project up but I will say that the customer service team were fantastic.

The tap we chose is exactly as described. It arrived very quickly following the order. Very pleased with the quality.

The taps did not work correctly when the plumber first fitted them. However the test of any business is how well it deals with things when they go wrong. It was not TapsUK's fault that the taps were wrong but they dispatched a new pair and I returned the first pair. The new taps were fitted by our plumber and they work perfectly. Well done TapsUK.

speedy delivery -good condition

Booked order for sink as cheapest supplier which was despatched promptly. Unfortuntatley sent out without waste kit. Had to cancel plumbers visit to fit. Rang/emailed and explained issue and told it would be sent promptly but it wasnt. More excuses. Emailed again and was told waste would be sent last week to arrive last Friday, but it didnt and cancelled plumber visit again and work cant be done until mid/late September. Arrived today12th. Lydia lovely in customer support but general customer service exceptionally poor and one star is too high a rating. Either inefficient or understaffed. I will never use again and unable to recommend due to massive inconvenience and sub standard supply service. Unacceptable.

Elation toilet seat. Product is good but doesn’t have the manufacturing logo imprinted on the inside of the lid as others I’ve seen of this make do have?, and it has a blue mark on the topside of the seat itself. Luckily no ones noticed it but me. The service I received from TapsUK was excellent and Poppy my contact was very helpful and kept me informed at all times. The price was very competitive.

Stay away from these guys at all cost. Spoke with them before ordering a sink and was assured that my order will arrive in 5-10 days. 3 weeks later they still have no clue when they can dispatch it due to a warehouse move. Absolutely ridiculous and had to cancel the order and drive 100 miles to get another sink last minute from another supplier. Extremely poor customer service too.
