Poor customer service could not gain access to course. Assured me it would be sorted within 24 Hrs.. 10 days later and several contacts no reply. Contacted PayPal for a refund.

Fantastic support from Alpha Academy today. I was unable to access my course, Spanish for Beginners Part 2 as I hadn't realised that it had expired. It was such a shame as there was literally just one chapter left to do, plus some revision!! I had a live chat and they resolved the issue for me in next to no time, giving me additional time to complete the course as a gesture of goodwill.

After looking to see what online training and learning courses are available for me to further my own personal development. I came across Alpha Academy, and have enrolled in a number of courses. One of those being the Car Mechanics for beginners. The layout of the learning materials, videos and descriptions are excellent and easy to understand even for a complete novice. Due to other work commitments I needed to renew / get an extension on the time available for completion and after contacting Alpha Academy on line and speaking with Jordan, he was able to assist and get it all sorted, he was most helpful and very friendly! I would highly recommend Alpha Academy if you are looking to broaden your knowledge on any subject the list of courses they provide is endless very impressed!!

fantastic courses and great tutors

I purchased a course as a gift for my son and filled in my message to him along with his email. It’s been a week and a half and my son hasn’t received anything and no one is contacting me back about this. I think the company should not have mega- sales if it cannot cope with the numbers and fulfil its orders/ answer paying customers. The site is often slow to load, not helped by offer pop-ups. Get some more staff with the money you’re taking, Alpha Academy, and provide the service we have paid for. It’s not fair or good business.

I signed up for their lifetime membership, all I received was a generic invoice but I still don’t have access to a single course. I’ve tried multiple times to contact their customer support service but I have yet to receive any kind of assistance or explanation. The chatbot on the website is of zero help. I am convinced it is a scam at this point.

I had 2 issues that I needed dealing with. 1 bought deal was not working and I bought another one accidentally. I liaised with Sebastian Stan from customer service via web chat and he resolved it within 10 minutes. I have always enjoyed Alpha Academy and the courses they provide.
