THE TEACHERS AND THE WHOLE SCHOOL SUCKS!!! The teachers don't let the students go to the bathroom when they really need to go. I experienced that because I went to that school. I started at the beginning of the school year and stayed for less than 1 month because my parents withdrew me because the school was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I want to take this opportunity to Thank Alpha Academy for giving me this online course, this was my second course I took by Alpha and was one of my best opportunities - The fast assistants by their support agents are amazing - Everyone that want to study please try Alpha Academy - you won't regret it. Keep up the good work - I wish you guys can realize how much people you are helping out there to reach the goals. I was bought a Professional Cupcake Design & Baking Course with Alpha Academy as a birthday present last year. Upon starting the course, I found a lot of the content interesting but, as the course progressed, it seemed as though the writer had become bored with the concepts involved and decided to bulk the course out with pages and pages of unnecessary information (e.g., whole modules on using a DSLR camera and hundreds of extremely basic recipes). Upon taking the final exam, 90% of the questions didn't make sense or weren't even questions that you could possibly answer. Through learning how I was meant to answer them in the mock tests, I did eventually pass. I was extremely disappointed to find that a certificate was not included in the price of the course and so, although it had been bought as a gift for me, I had to pay for the privilege of proving I had spent hours of work completing the course. I paid for the PDF certificate and was told to notify Alpha Academy when I had done so. I did this and received no reply nor certificate. I contacted them again and spoke to "Jordan" who spoke very broken English and assured me I would receive the certificate by the end of that day. I did not. I contacted "Jordan" one final time (days later) and was assured I would receive the certificate within one hour of speaking with him. I waited over an hour and still no certificate. I contacted "Jordan" once again and was told I would receive it whilst still on the chat and asked if I would give him 'a moment'. "Jordan" returned to the chat and told me I hadn't completed my Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. I was not, and had never been, discussing this course. I did eventually receive my certificate and was urged to leave a TrustPilot review. Unfortunately, whilst I have now received my certificate, I am extremely disappointed with Alpha Academy and the service provided. Update: I have been contacted by "Sebastian Stan" at Alpha Academy regarding this review, offering me a free course in exchange for an update. I won't be redeeming the offer of a free course due to the concerns I have regarding course quality (see above).

I love this school, but I only gave it 5 stars bc it was bad. A boy named Dejuan is racist. He called me a cotton field picker and more. I will not have this and the teachers are so mean for no reason. Like Mr.Mullings can go brush his teeth bc his teeth were yellower than the color yellow, and I bet he had that shirt on for at least 5 days. Mrs.blackwood is ok but I just don't like ELA that much.Mrs.Locklear is fine and so is Mrs.Black but if I had to choose KMS in the most brutal way than to be in this racist school then it would be that.I won't even care about dying HAHAHA

Great bargain if you are looking to do some courses and learn some new skills. I have completed a couple of course on Alpha including ITIL, Javascript & SQL. The videos could be better but it is great value for money. It easy and inexpensive to learn skills to boost your CV to get the career you want of just learn a new skill you've always wanted.There are so many areas that you can choose from. Definitely get added to the mailing lists as there are loads of discount codes. At the moment you are under £100 for a lifetime membership and when you think that come courses like Prince 2 are minimum a couple of £100 each but can put you into jobs starting at 50k then 100 bucks is nothing.

I haven't started a course, but the man on Live Chat was extremely helpful and he guided me through the process of becoming a Lifetime Member. I am going now to browse through the courses. Can't wait.

Used this a few times to get up to sped quickly on subjects etc. Brought a lifetime learner package this time as for the value and inclusions it is best bet. Already smashed through one diploma and felt the learning was well structured and presented..mock test was easy but exam much harder. Although it is not formally recognised in australia, remember knowledge counts and it is that little extra learning that other applicants dont have so it is still a value add for anyone. Highly recommend but like all things you need to make time and the effort to do courses and learn from the content.

I failed the elderly care course final exam due to network glitch.i scored 170/200 in my mock exam and my final exam is 0/200 due to network problem after I submitted it,I appreciate Alpha academy for resetting my final exam at no cost.i have successfully retake the exam.thank you,how I wish I can give more than 5stars.i will never regret learning from you.thanks once again

I’ve taken a couple of alpha academy courses and find them very beneficial. The courses are accessible very informative, interesting and can be taken at your own pace. I can’t rate them highly enough and will be definitely taking more courses in the future and always recommend.
