Extremely happy with the customer service. I am excited to start and complete my course.

So, I have done a few courses now with Alpha, and the content is very good. Extremely affordable and the videos are good quality. My only gripe with Alpha is that it feels too much like a shop selling you goods and less like I School I can be proud to study with. Advertising is good and it is needed, however if I am on my personal profile, where my courses are listed at the bottom of the screen after more advertisements, It doesn't make it very pleasing to be distracted by such things. My personal page should list only my courses. Take your adverts and place them somewhere else. If I'm looking for a special, trust me, I will find it. Hence the 2 stars down. Edit: Alpha has listened to customer feedback and made changes quickly and effectively to satisfy its customer base. Great Job.

5 Star There was some confusion on the language course I wanted to take. Alpha Academy resolved things. Many thanks for 5 star language learning tuition.

I would thoroughly recommend Alpha Academy, I have recently taken 3 courses and passed, not bad for a 67 year old. The subjects were child psychology and child safeguarding which I find very interesting and a million miles away from my pre-retirement job as a committee secretary. Any time I have requested information or raised a query, this has been responded to promptly and by friendly and informative staff.

The course I took was not any more informative then what I knew from just looking at YouTube’s homepage. I also failed the course exam as the questions were in poor English. The course was also extremely outdated and has not been updated once in over 6 years. Was not worth what I spent on the course and it makes sense the course was or poor quality when they always have a 94% off sale all the time

we have recently started using Alpha Academy as a home schooling resource. We are thrilled with the courses they offer and the opportunity it offers our daughter. we started with one course to see if the structure suited her learning and she was happy with it, so we purchased the yearly membership and now she is availing of courses such as sign language, sewing, french and interior design. Another great option for Alpha academy is that you can recieve a certificate on completion of our course for an additional fee!
