Well the bath seems fine but god knows how it survived delivery. It came sparsely wrapped in cardboard with most of the bath exposed. My immediate reaction was that my new steel bath would be scratched to high heaven - thankfully it doesn't appear to be. Sadly the delivery guy brought it to the front door announced he wasn't insured to bring it into any part of the house and left it smack bang outside the front door where it stayed until my husband came home from work to help move it!!!! Thank goodness it wasn't raining.

Very good quality - excellent service - the first attempt at delivery was a failure but what should I expect for a Friday afternoon the driver passed the house twice and should have gone to Specsavers The second delivery man on the Monday found us straight away and was vey help full 10 out 10 for this man !

I ordered a pair of hand basin taps on 17th July. The carrier could not even trace the item with a physical scan of the goods having left their warehouse. After several phone calls to chase these up they finally arrived on 5th August. Very poor service and I will not be using them again.

their website stated standard delivery was 4 days but their courier stated their contract with Splashdirect is up to 10 days for standard!!!very frustrating wait;took 8 days in the end!!need to clarify this on their site!!

Ordered a folding shower screen which I must say is extremely nice and quality made, shame about the companies despatch and delivery times though, not what I would call good so if you order make sure it's at least 2 weeks before you want your goods.

Wish getting this shower door fitted was as easy as ordering it! Splash did a great job and a easy order was great, was nice to see that it was well packed but still yet to get it out the box.

I ordered a sink. The wrong sink was delivered. I reported the error. The wrong sink was delivered a second time and the first was not picked up. I reported the error again, I was advised the correct sink was out of stock and that the delivery would be rescheduled for a week later. A week went by, the sink was not delivered on the rescheduled date. Meanwhile delayed bathroom fitters charge me additional fees. Appalling service. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a shower screen, but it wasn't in stock. As promised, they contacted me as soon as it was and said that it would be delivered in 4 working days. I rang to confirm that my delivery address was different to my billing address and was assured that it would arrive at my delivery address the following Wednesday. Instead it arrive at my billing address on the Monday. This wasn't ideal since I needed it at the delivery address which was 3 hours away by train! The follow up was great though and they refunded the delivery charge. The shower screen was just what I was looking for and great quality, but the installation instructions were rubbish!

We bought three toilet frames from Splash in 2011 model TCP023 , my order no 192062 in June 2012 , they were fitted soon after . In February 2014 contacted Splash , because one was leaking ,we had it fixed , but I notice Splash did not reply to my email. In late July 2014 a second one was leaking , this time our plumber could see that the pipe from the cistern was split . I contacted splash , they sent through a diagram of possible parts, my plumber identified the correct one , I phoned splash to pay for the part. Splash did not know how much to charge me , I called , they promised to phone back or email me , they did not . I am still waiting . Meanwhile Lavatory No. 3 has started to leak ........... . My plumber fitted three bathrooms , including complicated tanking without any problem other then these frames . However , what I really care about is the lack of service .
