Disappointing. After ordering, the automated e-mail reply stated that another e-mail would follow with details of tracking/delivery - this did not happen. After 5 days I phoned Splashdirect to be told that I would not receive an e-mail, but delivery should be made that day. This did not happen. Two further phone calls resulted in no response. A third call did get a response and delivery was eventually made ten days after ordering. The goods are absolutely fine, but the service and communication were very poor. Not likely to use Splashdirect again.

Ordered shower screen on a Sunday and it was at my door by the following Tuesday - very fast delivery service. Screen itself is excellent, very smart looking and easy to assemble (for my husband!). Had looked everywhere for a reasonably priced, contemporary screen where the delivery charges weren't in double figures. This fits the bill perfectly.

I'm loathe to leave a bad review because the issues that I experienced were eventually resolved with good humour and efficiency; I'd definitely recommend Splashdirect as I've ordered from them before and the products are excellent at very good price; they just need to work on the logistics (and my bath's feet was missing one set of fixings, although getting hold of four nuts wasn't a problem, but why?).

Great product if your ok to wait for it! paid £30 for delivery and had to wait about 10 days for it. In there defense they did despatch the next day but the courier company they use took all the time!

Good value but not every thing arrived when it should have. Paid for next day delivery but it would appear that this was only for stock items. This wasn't made clear at the time of purchase. Still waiting for one item!! Offered £15 for inconvenience.....should have at least refunded the delivery charges!!

I ordered the shower screen and it was delivered the next day. Very impressed with the service. The screen seems great and it has been put up by a professional plumber so I can't say how easy or difficult it was to install!

Paid for next day delivery. My mirror was broken when it arrived,it took 5 days for a response by someone from splashdirect. Then I was told they had no more in stock and that I will have to have a refund. So nearly 2 weeks later I still haven't got a mirror for my new bathroom

I bought a mirror from Splash Direct which, due to a delay in them delivering in time, would arrive when I was on holiday! I informed the company that as there was a delay they would have to leave the mirror with a neighbour. They left the mirror with the neighbour. On return from holiday I found the mirror was broken. I informed the company and they said I could not have an exchange as in the Terms and Conditions you have to send back any faulty products with 72 hours of delivery! They never informed me of this when they knew I was going on holiday and it was being left with a neighbour!!!!! Absolutely terrible company. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OR USE EVER AGAIN!!!

The ordering experience on the website was painless and the product information provided was good, however the after receipt of our order confirmation we heard nothing until I had a phone call from a courier outside my house with a pallet full of our bathroom! The consignment was left unchecked on my drive, however when I got home to check the delivery it transpired that the shower door had been delivered incorrectly. To be fair I emailed customer service who called me back and arranged delivery of the correct door and collection of the first one while my wife was going to be at home. Unfortunately the driver who came to deliver the door know nothing about collecting the first one. We have come to expect delivery despatch updates from online retailers, text messages and direct communication from couriers to arrange delivery which just didn't happen. The products appear OK and good quality, however we are installing them over the next week or two so can comment fully yet.

I'm unable to say it's been a good experience buying online from Splash direct. The item arrived damaged, not the fault off Splash direct though; it appeared to have been damaged in transit. However things went down hill from this point. The replacement part that was sent out was the wrong part, it had nothing to do with the damaged item. After a long wait without adequate communication the correct part arrived but again this had been damaged in transit. Unable to wait any longer for the part I asked to be refunded and the faulty item to be collected. I was informed that I would receive a refund and it should be in my account within 5 to 7 working days. 15 days a couple of emails and a phone call and the money still isn't in my account and no response to my emails. Looks like I'll have to get on to Paypal and start a dispute. It seems everyone else must be blessed when dealing with Splash direct.

I had to chase delivery on several occasions, there was no direct update on delivery, it was ten days overdue after the initial two weeks scheduled date.

My experience on ordering a Toilet Seat with Splashdirect proved rather trying. Having paid through Pay Pal the first notice I received that something was amiss was the e-mail notifying me that a dispute was active with Splashdirect.I phoned Splashdirect and discovered that they had not received a payment from PayPal, I phoned PayPal who said that their policy was no payment to a company was made until said company had sent goods. I then received a e-mail from Splashdirect stating I had a credit note with them. I phoned them for an explationation about the credit note and was informed that the e-mail was not from them but PayPal ! I said that I would pay there and then for the Toilet Seat which I did with my credit card. What with going through the process of sending several e-mails and numerous phone calls I received the Toilet Seat nearly a month after oredering. I leave it to you to review my experience.
