Item returned and still waiting for reimbursement, they take your money quick enough but very slow in giving it back,

The product - that I was unable to find elsewhere - arrived quickly and very well packaged. Good price - great service.

800 x 800 shower enclosure turned up promptly as promised and the fitter remarked how well made it was compared with others he had fitted. Needed to speak to customer service during the purchasing process; they were very polite and dealt with my queries efficiently, will definitely be using Splashdirect again.

Basin arrived next day once warehouse had realised the original order was un available. Otherwise great service and good price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a shower screen from this company as I had been very badly messed around by a previous company and needed a decent item as soon as possible to complete a bathroom refit. Although there was a problem with TNT (completely courier error) the company were so helpful it was refreshing after my other totally awful experience. They kept me updated every step of the way, had the decency to contact me straight away as soon as they knew something had gone wrong and were just brilliant all round. The product is far superior to the previous item I got sent by another company with all the parts missing too. Would highly recommend and would most certainly use again.

very happy with this mirror which is extremely well made and perfect for storing bottles. It is shallow and well proportioned. It is also heavier than I would have expected so I required help to hang it on the wall.

Ordered on the 7th, delivery was late and wrong on the 17th. Emailed to get exchange as i had paid tradesman to fit on the 20th but due to terrible customer service my replacement wouldn't be here until the 22nd got an email (not even a call) late morning on the 21st to be asked change order as they had no 1200x700 enclosures left in stock (although if you check on amazon there is still 3) or get a full refund. i went for the full refund which i am still waiting for! The wrong order is still sitting in my home even although i was told it would be picked up today 23rd and only after me contacting them at 1500, she said she would go phone the courier and call me back asap, i waited an hour no reply i then tried again at 1700 and got a message saying office was closed although she did reply to a email at 1745 to blame courier. When i checked my email i had a message at 1635 from CS saying it would be Friday now for pick up, so another day wasted waiting in and not even a call to let me know about this change. So so far this company has delivered late, sent wrong order, don't have the order in stock but its showing they have, no refund into the bank and a bathroom i cant use or replace because they still haven't gave me my money back. I have wasted the time of a tradesman that i have booked twice and loss of earnings from taking time off work and will again next week so they can collect shower enclosure....On the plus side the enclosure looks great in the box but i'd go buy it from another company and the Customer Service from this one is awful who blame everyone else from warehouse staff to couriers and will never call you when they should.

I was quoted a 4 day delivery, i had to pick up from depot myself as the delivery would not have arrived within seven days, would like refund of £25 for the none delivery. Very happy with product Doug Dolloway

Splash direct has a good website and product offering. My only suggested improvement opportunity is that associated parts are not identified on the product Web page. I purchased a nice wall mounted mixer bath tap. The Web page could have offered the associated mounting bracket so a sale was missed.

I bought this product some years ago for a toilet I had upstairs. When the time came for a replacement seat for the cloakroom I had no hesitation in having the same model again. Splash provide an excellent service and it was delivered well within the time schedule. Have no hesitation in recommending the product and the company.

Well packaged product and eventually looked good on the wall but had to re-invent fittings (e.g.needed to use blocks of wood instead of supplied spacers)

I asked if my products could be delivered on a certian date, as this is part of the service they offer, however this did not work on the website as it did not take the date.. so I placed the order and put a note on the order, I called them on the Monday to confirm that they had seen my instruction. They did. However after speaking with someone they ask'd if they can call me back.. This occured but the person on the phone advised me this is should not be a problem, clearly it was as after a second phone call, they informed me that they warehouse is being moved the weekend of my chosen date and I can ask the transport company to delever this on the date I requested, however this is not to be true, as they said they cannot store it (can't blame them) plus I would be unsure on what kind of state my products would be in one month down the line.. So I have a full bathroom suite under a plastic sheeting in my small garden awaiting to be fitted (1 month away). Commucation is a big part of any service industry and a even bigger for the end customer (me in this case). I would of given a good review if they had communicated this via the web page upon ordering of my suite.

I HAVE ORDERED BOTH ON THE 'PHONE AND INTERNET. BOTH DELIVERIES WERE QUICK AND THE ORDERS CORRECT. VERY PLEASED WITH THE GOODS WE PURCHASED I HAD SHOPPED AROUND AND SPLASHDIRECT WERE VERY COMPETITIVE.

Order delayed then not delivered. Didn't keep to agreements.

At Splashdirect, ordering online was speedy and efficient plus the price was excellent. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were excellent and helpful, even though the shower was heavy they carried it up the stairs to the bathroom, no mean feat. Although, I must admit one of the men was a giant (6 ft 11inches tall) Regards from a happy Oxfordshire customer

Easy to follow site . Fantastic prices for good quality bathroom furniture which arrived well packaged and when they said it would arrive . Which was appreciated cos visitors arriving 4 days later and all was in place just in time

The service from Splash direct was good - the item arrived on time and in good condition. The carriage was a bit expensive though, which was particularly annoying since the product (a Brabantia toilet roll holder) turned out to be rather tinny and cheap looking.

I ordered a shower/bath thermostatic tap set, paid for next day delivery(which was 2 days because it was after 5pm) and it never arrived.I was told it was the supplier that let Splash down and I would get a full refund as it was the suppliers fault. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED! Promises promises..... I am just about to e-mail Splash.....
