Helpful man on phone about the order. Main delivery of toilet and vanity unit was fine and prompt. I had to wait a week for a small part to be in stock and that delivery could have awkward as no date had been agreed in advance. The courier driver wasn't keen to wait while I checked inside the package but I did check and seemed to be as ordered. The goods are yet to be installed so I can't comment on that aspect of the purchase.

Shower curtain rail delivered in 3 days at a lower price than other suppliers. Good, solid quality, everything complete, including metal adhesive. Good instructions. Installed without difficulty.

I bought a durastone shower tray. I was looking for a sturdy stone resin tray when I came across durastone and thought it would be a welcome compromise between price and quality. After waiting the standard 5 days, I contacted the company to find out when my product would be delivered, I expected a call back but none came. I followed up the next day, and again had to wait for a callback. Finally I was told they would try and rush my order for next day delivery. I was not offered an apology nor the discounts that were currently available (10%). Finally it arrived, 2 weeks after order, and it felt very flimsy, not as per description. Unfortunately the fitters were booked for the coming Monday, so I didn't have time to return and look for an alternative. Fitters installed onto timber frame, as per instructions, so the easy plumb kit is still sitting downstairs, as incompatible with the flimsy tray.

Easy to search on the site, easy to order and really speedy delivery - on time and on the day. Our new toilet and basin are fabulous, look and feel great - B&Q have virtually the same set for 3 times the price in their 'designer' range. Will be back to Splash when we remodel the shower room.

Needed a corner toilet found one here with all the tech drawing available and the toilet was sent in a quick and friendly manor with no problems. The toilet has not been installed yet but all looks fab! I ordered two back to the wall lavatories. I have fitted one and it looks really good. The only down side is the bolts which hold the toilet seat on aren't very good so the toilet seat is very loose and slips about so we have to keep tightening it up. They were delivered on time although the driver couldn't make the first day I was contacted to arrange delivery for the next day so very good customer service. I would recommend and would use again.

I've ordered a couple of things from splashdirect, they could be clearer about delivery timescales but the products have been reasonable quality especially for the price and there is always someone at the end of a telephone. Photos could be better as they need to create a showroom on the internet.

Most impressed with the care take to ensure a safe delivery. Delivered next day in the morning by a most helpful driver. The product is extremely good value for money, and looks better that many shower screens at twice the price. The roller doors are silent, easy to open and close, and adjusted very easily. The assembly instructions are only pictorial which is a slight drawback. Having installed one screen I could easily improve the instructions with a simple set of explanations as an addition to the otherwise comprehensive instructions.

That I've ordered from Spashdirect and, like the first time I got exactly what I ordered and the delivery was on time. Good service and I will order again when needed.

I ordered the roll top bath and wondered whether such a good discount would compromise the quality. I need not have worried its a beautiful bath and makes a real statement in my new bathroom. Will definitely recommend to others.
