The seat itself was very good quality but I am afraid that the fittings to hold the seat secure are just useless. They do not hold the seat even when tightening them to the limit. My biggest problem is that I have thrown the alternative fittings to secure the seat from the bottom. So now it looks as if I will have to purchase another seat.

United Kingdom | 26 September 2014Asked for next day delivery, item didn't arrive, called several times switchboards ineffective often just cutting you off. Eventually got through, women said item was in stock, no idea why hadn't been shipped. Was promised refund of next day shipping and to be called back later that day to tell me what was happening, neither of these things happened! Called back again the following day, again not a clue as to what was happening and as to why order still hadn't shipped, was promised a call back that day, again didn't happen, was also promised refund of next day shipping - again, guess what..... didn't happen. Called again following day, item to arrive next week, no apologies or explanation, details will be passed to accounts for refund...... as usual didn't happen. Following week item arrived, minus the tray legs, these arrived over a week later, again no apology, explanation or refund. I will never use these clowns again, and I'd recommend anyone that has any sense avoids these numpties like the plague!!!! Absolute rubbish 0/10

When I contacted Splashdirect I was told that they were going through a warehouse move and that there had been a problem processing my order and found that I was not informed that it was out of stock. They attempted to rectify this, but there was numerous communication to sort this and a different version of the shower screen was organised for delivery. However, the order eventually arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. The only goodwill gesture made was 10% off my next order, but this could only be applied to 3 out of the 4 items on the order that I then placed. For the inconvenience that I had, I do not feel that this was a great gesture, considering that I then waited about 2 to 3 weeks for this order to arrive, even though dispatch note states that order will be dispatched within 4 days of placing order. I found that there should have been notification on the website when ordering that they were going through a warehouse move and that delays should be expected. I was not impressed with having to wait so long for 2 separate orders to arrive. However, even though customer services could not make much of a goodwill gesture, they did respond promptly at all times and I did not have to wait on the phone for too long.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2014Lovelly product enhances the bathroom,everything fits in it tidy. price was a shock as its been 20years since upgrading the bathroom, but prices have soared,on everything. I researched for ages and was happy with the cost of product when i finaly chose the style. The packaging was amazing,The item arrived without any damage. Very heavy to secure to the wall .My husband persevered and all is well. Going to look at splashdirect again to see what else they have .Very happy customer thank you.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2014found pretty much everything that I wanted on one site - which is perfect. Paid for saturday delivery, which wasnt cheap, didn't realise that nothing is guaranteed. I spent about £2500, and the deliveries came on different days, at different times, which was really difficult to work around (with my builders and access etc). Don't overspend on the delivery, as it isn't guaranteed. I ordered a ceiling shower arm instead of a wall arm, so had to send this back. The process was simple enough, but it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't got the wall arm I ordered. There was an issue between the supplier and the delivery company. Hoping to have it within a few days. If you have time on your side, or are ordering the appliances early, then great, but be aware that it isn't always a quick process some certain items. Not Splash Directs fault, just an FYI. Otherwise, really good.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2014Absolutely thrilled to bits with our shower screen. The frameless look is perfect and is looks better than we imagined. It was a replacement for another screen from a high street chain as we needed a 1400 max high screen for our bath... This looks so much better, cost less (!) and is fantastic quality. It even folds right back to the wall for easy cleaning and access to the taps with having to bathe children every night. Under time pressure to finish the job it even arrived next day, on schedule. Can't fault our experience in any way. Really really really pleased :-) thanks.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2014Don,t bother buying from this Company if you expect any after sales if a product goes faulty... Emailed this company back in August as the top pivot bracket holding the infinity shower door had snapped. Not a cheap shower door either!! Very quickly had a response from one operator and asked to attach photo of the part so sent photo of part needed and explained it was the top pivot only to have a reply asking if it was the top or bottom so I explained again! Then received reply that a replacement would be sent out - two weeks later emailed again told it had been sent out - another week I email again then I phone to speak to someone who will pass on message still no response so email again told they had just moved premises and part must have been lost in transit and a new part would be sent out - that was 2 weeks ago!! It has now been 5 weeks and still no part and no longer even getting a response!! Even asked for manufacturer contact details so I could try and sort this out... But no reply!! Worst Company I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service !!! Go elsewhere where they don't have a fictitious customer service!! Don't expect this will be one of their selected reviews!!! Disgusted with them..

United Kingdom | 10 September 2014Ordered a bathroom cabinet which was so much cheaper than any other retailer by nearly 50%, if was dispatched promptly (with many choices of delivery) but unfortunately dropped by the courier and broken. Fast response by email from Splash Direct customer services and a replacement (with even more packaging) arrived within a couple of days. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

The team helped me with all my enquiries I'm rubbish at measurements, and put my mind at ease ! The product I received was amazing ! All fitted perfectly !!! My shower cubicle looks Amazing!!! Would definitely use this company again they were helpful efficient and on time !!

Thank you guys for everything and I can't recommend you highly enough.

United Kingdom | 02 September 2014We purchased a shower enclosure, side panel, tray and waste from SplashDirect because the product was just what we wanted and we are not dissatisfied with the product itself. However, I was invited by the company to write a review, which I have done, but because it is not completely complimentary it has not been published. This is what I wrote - We purchased a Premium Pivot Shower Enclosure from SplashDirect and. although we are happy with the overall quality and look of the product, the assembly instructions are terrible to such an extent that the whole thing can be ruined through lack of good guidance. When you need to know how certain parts fit together the finer details are so badly illustrated that you end up having to guess. If you guess wrong then it's curtains because you won't get any help. SplashDirect have been a waste of time offering only to pass on my queries to the manufacturer who hasn't bothered to respond. The whole experience started off badly when the 'delivered within four days' turned out to be fourteen days. It seems that SplashDirect despatched to the distribution agent within four days but then they took another ten days to deliver to us. Great shower cubicle, lousy service from start to finish. So my advice to you is to check ALL reviews of this firm before you make up your own minds.

Have never received a reply to emails or had any of the promised call backs. To date (two and a half weeks later), they have my money and I don't have a shower screen. Beware!

United Kingdom | 01 September 2014The product is good - the shocking service and lies told are unacceptable. Order placed and promise of despatch on July 15th. Nothing arrived and no messages from SD. I contacted them, requesting a date. Two phone messages left while I was out - one saying delivery would be next Monday (21st), the second that it would be delivered the following Friday (25th) - this was now ten days after original promise. After a big fight, the item was finally delivered (28th), with a promise of refund of the delivery cost. It is now September and there is no refund in sight.

United Kingdom | 25 August 2014the product and price were good , Getting the product is another matter , I paid for next day three days later it turned up , i was told by splash i was not in ----- incorrect i emailed and asked to be phoned as i had a tenant waiting this never happened i was told the TNT had the incorrect post code ???? this i will never know when it finally arrived 3 days later the driver never had the delivery instructions , never had my mobile or home phone number and was not TNT they said they would refund the next day charge ??? would i use this company again NO there is not a no star rating so i have given them 1 please be free to contact me if any of this feed back is in correct

This is compounded when products are imported and there are translation issues.

United Kingdom | 25 August 2014Ordered a concealed cistern and paid extra £5 for next day delivery. Item itself is good quality despite being incredibly cheap, however it arrived 1 day late. Splashdirect apologised and refunded £5 without quibble. Every company drops the ball sometimes, but it's how they then deal with you that counts and Splashdirect handled it perfectly. So I'll use them again.
