I ordered quite an expensive wall mounted shaving mirror from Splashdirect and it arrived with no delay. I found that the mounting arm was damaged and I rang Splashdirect who asked me for some photos to show what the problem was. The next day I received a replacement mirror in the post, but unfortunately this one was also defective too but in a different way. I e-mailed more photos and within a few hours Splashdirect offered to refund the cost of the mirror. Sadly a poor product, but I fully commend Splashdirect for the way they handled my complaint.

Loo seat arrived on time, well packaged and was a synch to fit. The soft close works well and all seems of fair quality. Can't ask for more. Happy customer.

Ordered a slim basin for our cloakroom ordered on a Friday night and arrived Tuesday morning. Was just what we were looking for and fits perfectly.

I ordered taps that were in stock & a Basin that was due to be in stock 30th Sept , & paid for standard delivery , the confirmation indicated that the items would be shipped together which was fine & understandable considering the very reasonable delivery charge. Within a couple of days the taps arrived !!! & I was very pleased with the quality. On October the 1st the Basin arrived, sent by nextday delivery . With no prompting or chasing !! One small thing was that when we came to put it all together the push button waste was missing , I sent an email explaining & next morning I had a reply , apologising & stating that it would be despatched asap. No fuss No bother .I'm thrilled to bits & have already been recommending to friends. Keep it up Splashdirect , I think you're MARVELLOUS !!

Steer clear of this company. Left my £600 order hanging for over a week before I had to chase them to see when it was being sent out. They finally gave me a date and I waited in but no delivery. Told them to cancel numerous times and give me a refund but they ignored me and resent the delivery. I had to refuse it when it arrived and insist on a refund. They eventually sent it to the refund department and told me up to 5 working days for it to go back into my account. Well I'm still waiting and it's been 7 working days. Rubbish customer service and lots of lies. BEWARE. Couldn't give no stars so had to give 1!

This company cannot be trusted I ordered a Roma toilet from them it took longer than i was lead to believe to arrive and then no toilet seat the toilet arrived three and a half weeks ago, and since then I have had all sorts of reasons why I cannot get one, but I never have any contact from them I have to keep ringing them and then get more excuses why I cannot get a seat that I have paid for on the 30th of may 2014. It is just not good enough does any one know how I can speak to [name] the director the customer service manager can not help surly someone can stars I would not give stars the need minus 5 stars don't believe any thing they tell you or any promises they make?????????????????????????????? As I said should be minus 10 stars you just cannot believe what they say last Friday supposed to have sent the toilet seat to me to arrive Tuesday or Wednsday but is now gone 8pm Thursday but still no seat and they want to restore my faith in them rubbish. when we ordered an email was sent the next day saying it would be second week in oct before in stock was this ok? I emailed back and said ok as we didnt need parcel immediately and would they arrange details and email delivery date as we work and could arrange to be home. However without warning parcel arrived and via my mobile received a message asking where parcel could be left. Being at work I told them to ask neighbour so when we got home parcel was in their garage. Fortunately we have great neighbours. We would have appreciated an email warning us of impending delivery.

I paid for a next day delivery. The shower screen arrived - broken. New one was dispatched but not immediately so had to wait over the weekend. Inconvenience to both myself and the plumber. Asked for refund of next day delivery charge but none was forthcoming. The reason for paying for next day delivery - convenience for both myself and plumber - was thus a waste of my money. Nice people to deal with but not understanding of the problem. The screen is good, though!

Good product & price but wasn't told that you would leave us with two heavy duty pallets to get rid off!!!! all we had delivered was a shower door with £24.00 delivery charge we shouldn't have had to dispose of the pallets.

My cloakroom vanity unit and sink arrived well packaged and quickly. My husband fitted it and it goes well with the toilet we bought from elsewhere. I am absolutely delighted with my new modern downstairs loo room and recommend Splashdirect to everyone

Helpful staff when ordering a bath screen and delivery was on time. Can't comment on how good the screen is as it was for our tenants (it felt well made and solid)...but so far no bad reports of leaking etc, so hopefully a good product. Would buy from this company again.

Ordered taps to finish off my bathroom, previously bought a shower screen and full shower base. Was really pleased with the purchase, had looked at B & Q but the taps bought here were better quality

I queried with the customer service team if they were able to supply spare parts because unfortunately the back part of my previously purchased toilet flush plate had broken. I promptly received a brand new flush plate in the post. It is exactly what I was looking for and I'm so grateful they were able to supply this and indeed so quickly at no extra cost. Truly exceptional service. Thank you
