my purchase was quick and efficient, just what I ordered too. Delivery was also fast and painless and I was informed every step of the way. an excellent company to deal with although postage was a bit steep.

Company has ceased trading DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!, website is still accepting orders, we got our money back through bank but website still live!!!!!

Have just tried chasing an order via email. Received an automated reply informing me they've ceased trading and to try and claim my money back through my CC company. Their website is still online and you are still able to place and pay for an order you'll never receive.

I ordered a mirror, they called to say it would take an extra couple of days to get in, 2 weeks later it was shipped to me. mirror arrived slightly faulty (bubble in chrome plating) after some emails they offered a refund. I asked for a new one and they said "fine, it'll take 4-6 days", i replied saying that's great please order it and i've not heard back from them since. During all this Splashdirect have gone "email only" with no phone number i've emailed several times but to no avail, even with their promise to respond to queries within 24hrs. Perhaps their email system could be faulty, if not they're either incompetent or ignoring me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. I got an automated e mail after waiting 15 days without hearing from them saying they had ceased trading. Can't believe the web site is still live. ( I contacted trading standards and insolvency company about it) Thought they could do something about it.. They took £656 of my money. After a lot of stress and inconvenience I have now claimed my money back from my bank . I am one of the lucky ones.

I find it very strange that a review has been posted just 45 hours ago when this company has ceased trading. I only found this out on the 20th April having taken a day of work to collect some bathroom furniture only for this never to arrive. no products and out of pocket. has anyone else experienced this .

Wasted £30 never to be seen again fine if you can afford it. Thought i would be fine as i paid by credit card but they only cover you for over 100 dont no who is the worst crooks, company, people not shutting down website or the creditcard company. Good ridance to the theiving scumbag company.Moan over

They take your money, then send a broken basin , leave parts out of the order, and then you hear nothing and cannot get in touch! Is there a law against robbery?

I had ordered a basin from this company and after many emails / calls i have now read that they have gone into liquidation. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from them or you will be trying to chase your money

It is a big con, they have ceased to trade, yet let you place your order and take your money ... You only find out they have ceased to trade once you try to contact them ... No number, no address just an email... You email and get an automatic reply saying 'splash direct has ceased to trade, if your order has not arrived please contact your credit card company"

5 emails have not yielded a reply. I received 2 of 4 items, the mirror was dadly packed and arrived damaged. The 2 missing items were not in the first carton and never arrived. I am about to try and recover payment, wish me luck!

This is a shocking discovery, I placed an order over 3weeks ago and this company has taken my money and since ceased trading with not a single piece of infomation on what to do I have taken up a claim from my bank to reclaim my money I suggest you do the same!!

Tried to order a mirror but payment was rejected. Received no emails confirming order but then a debit appeared on my credit card. Sent email to company querying charge as I had not received a confirmation, let alone the goods. Received no reply. Dispute now raised with credit card company.

We bought this a few weeks ago and liked the look of it on the internet, but when it came the package was torn. The vanity unit looked like it had been a return and then stored in warehouse as it was dusty, scratched round the top and the screws inside were in a ripped packet so they had all fallen out. The sink was good. I sent photos to splash but they say didn't receive them and as our plumber was coming next day so kept it.

My shower screen I ordered was delayed by two weeks, cancelled the order but it was still despatched. With payment taken before it was despatched i have been trying in vain to return the screen and my account refunded. After about ten emails sent without any response I've given up. I have never ever had such bad customer experience before. AVOID, Just read the other reviews. Wish i had !

I purchased a cabinet for my bathroom it arrived a week before the Easter bank holiday, I got the cabinet out of the box to fix into my bathroom good Friday but the cabinet had a huge crack down the mirror! I contacted them for a exchange but was told to email, I later received an email reply to state splash direct had gone into liquidation. I am now stuck with a faulty item and £80 out of pocket.

Received broken cabinet 3 days after order. Tried to reach their customer service line but the voicemail would say that they are only dealing with enquiries online. Sent a email and got automatic reply saying that they would come back to me within 24 working hours. Never had a reply. Sent email again after 2 more days. No one. I do not recommand this supplier. Bad bad customer service.
