I got exactly what I ordered and delivery when stated.

I needed a bath screen for the new bathroom, one that didn't take up too much room, there are such differences in price but after reading the good reviews for this one I chose it. Not disappointed at all good price, easy to fit and look great

Didn't understand why going with the free delivery with the items in stock it would take longer than expected and then get an extra delay because an item is broken when they did go to pick it. Still haven't seen the refund for the difference yet on the alternative option and also found out later that I could have got some of the items cheaper from even B&Q. Won't be using them again.

Tap as described, box a bit worse for wear but goods not damaged. Toilet yet to be delivered as pre ordered.

We ordered a new shower screen, loo seat and loo brush. The communications were great, the orders arrived as stated and the products are really good quality. The shower screen is so much better than the one it replaced, and did not cost much more. Very pleased overall with both the quality, price and customer service.

I recently bought the wrong size vanity unit for my bathroom from Splashdirect online, and as I needed to exchange it, I was mistakenly directed to their online centre in Welwyn Garden City. Here I was kindly received by Jo, a member of the office staff, who although very busy, went to the trouble of exchanging my purchases from the company depot and settling the bill. This was not strictly her job, and I am very grateful for her help.

Was looking for a splash screen for my bath/shower and found one at a really good price on Splashdirect. Was dubious as to what the quality might be like, but I needn't have worried as it looks really nice and was easy to install. Been up for two weeks and still very happy.

The mirror came the day after I had ordered it and was extremely well packaged. I was frightened to open it up in case it was cracked but I need'nt have worried as it was in perfect condition.It completely added the finishing touch to our newly designed shower room and its quirky design has been admired many times.

If I could, I'd give a minus star to this review. Firstly, I received someone else's order! Then I received three taps that were damaged on three consecutive despatches!! I incurred costs as my plumber couldn't do anything with the defective items. Just terrible. I have since used a different supplier and everything has arrived in a timely manner and in pristine condition.

Loved the basin but it was too big for the space but Splashdirect prices are so good I just ordered another and will let the plumber have this one for another job

The original basin I purchased was marked but once I explained the problem this was swiftly replaced & the damaged basin collected. I felt the company stocked a good selection of bathroom items & would use them again.

We are very happy with the shower screen.

Delivery was almost a week because I ordered on a Thursday and the weekend does not count as working days. Tell that to the thousands of people on zero hours contracts!
