I ordered a splash screen for a bath shower. It didn't arrive within 4 days so I left it, only complaining at day 6. It was then delivered within 2 days, with an apology to say there had been an administrative error.

I would recommend splashdirect .Mirror was perfect just the right impact. service was efficient and delivery prompt. Well impressed with the packaging it would have been a surprise if it had got damaged.all round a pleasant experience. Thankyou Barbara Luscombe.

Ordered shower tray and screen after checking lots of sites, these were the best value for money found. Placed order on line and order was acknowleged strait away, next day had another e-mail advising shipping had been arranged. Next day a phone call advising of the delivery date and time. All arrived within 1 hour of promised time . Product quality excellent both items as decribed. Would thoroughly recommend Slash Direct.

It's difficult when you are buying things from the internet to really know that the product you see on the screen is actually gonna be any good. Well we bit the bullet and ordered a sink ........ It came quickly and was packaged well and was exactly what we wanted at half the price of B&Q - excellent! So good in fact we then splashed out & bought the shower surround. Again came on time, wrapped with care and delivered by a friendly driver. My bathroom fitter said it was excellent and again the price was brilliant even after adding the delivery charge...... Wish we had bought everything from there - highly recommend!

Quality Toilet seat which is easy to remove so that the basin can be cleaned. The fitments are stainless steel, which means that corrosion is kept to a minimum. Why spend 15 to 20 quid every year on a Toilet Seat that requires replacement simply because the attached fittings are not up to the job? Delivery time was excellent too. 10/10.

Our new shower screen for the bath was easy to order. The description was accurate and it was delivered quickly.

The mirror was exactly as described. I particularly like the non touch switch to turn on the light/heat pads. Still makes me happy every time I get out the shower and the mirror is mist free. I would recommend this to anyone.

it took three attempts to finally get faulty shower screens replaced,now that it is up and finished it looks lovely, but the phone calls and asking for photos, and going on chat lines was really frustrating I had to ask to speak to someone in charge at the finish before 3rd screen was sent out by express delivery this took all of nearly 2 weeks and then there was the picking up of two faulty glass panels I was told when they delivered replacement they would be picked up,but the carriers knew nothing about it, all I can say is it is a good job I am retired and was in the house or would have had to take two weeks off work

I did not realise that the mirror was out of stock and I was informed that the product would not be with me until after the 18th of July. Then within no time I had an email to say my product had been dispatched so I was really pleased when within 1 day my new mirror was here. I would definitely recommend slash direct to friends and family and I would also buy my products from them again in the future.

I ordered a folding screen from Splashdirect it was delivered well packaged and speedily.The bathroom has not been finished yet so I cent comment on the use of said screen

I bought a sliding bath screen (2x glass panels) please avoid buying at any price, for the following reasons: 1- builder fitted the screen as instructed, and took extra care in getting the measurements right (because i was with him at the time he fitted) and still there was a gap between the rubber seals (at the bottom of each panel/screen) and the sides or edges of the bath. Now when ever we have a shower the water leaks. 2- the sliding mechanism is very very stiff, despite using silicone lubricants, and it jitters on trying sliding the screens. 3- the sliding bath screen, whether it is fully extended or not, swings in and out 4- delivery came after 10 days, instead of 5 to a maximum 6 days. Besides, it cost almost £30 for the delayed delivery.
