i have been using this seller for years and never had an issue like this before, previous times delivery was coming with different carrier, this time i wouldn't be home but SD bullion wont change the address for delivery or let the package to be hold at carrier location for me to pick it up. after spending long time with really disrespectful customer support i guess they dont respect my right as a customer and want from me to take a day off from work so i can sign for my package. horrible customer support and understanding. lesson learned. will try different places but never again from SD Bullion

SDBullion has shady business practices. If you pay extra for expedited shipping and FedEx misplaces the package for a while, SDBullion won't refund the extra fee you paid for expedited shipping. Don't recommend using this company...
