As a customer, it is important to feel valued and respected by the companies we choose to do business with. Unfortunately, SD Bullion has failed in this regard. Despite being a loyal customer for a considerable amount of time and complying with their additional verification process, my recent orders were canceled without any explanation or communication from the company. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer loyalty is unacceptable. I urge anyone who is considering doing business with SD Bullion to think twice before doing so. There are plenty of other companies that will value your business and treat you with the respect you deserve.

I ordered and paid for some silver pieces to germany. The goods have been held by the shipping company for some customs stuffs. After many weeks SDBullion told me that they have received the shipment back and I have been charged with more then 300$. Option 1 was cancelling my order and lose more than 300$. Option 2 was to give an order to send again paying losing more than 360$ and hoping that everything will be fine this time.

The coins I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition, overall everything was amazing!

Still going strong with my delivery times , outstanding! Good prices great selection. SD bullion are my go to silver source.

I can only determine after speaking to your customer service that retaining customers is not important to you company. I am returning this poster to you so maybe you can sell it to some other poor sucker. Also be advised that I will no longer do any business with your company. It appears to me that the profit on this poster was more important to you than the profit from the metal I have bought (10K) over the past 9 months and would have purchased in the future. I will also be contacting all my friends that in the past I have praised you to and advise them to not do business with you.

Chicken sh%t company. Had terrible experience with customer service. I opened account 3 days ago, had bad experience with them and did no transaction. I asked to immediately close my account and remove all personal information. The company told me they can not close an account!!!! What sort of garbage is this!!!
