Choose Art Van! Every single time I have a transaction with this company I end up kicking myself. I have spend thousands of dollars here because I love the products and the deals. But I would almost pay MORE for better customer service and communication! They say same day delivery and have you schedule it just to turn around and email you that it won’t be in stock for TEN days. They know that at the purchase time why wait until after I spend money to tell me it will be WEEKS until I get my order! Same day delivery yea right! I’m so tempted to call and get my money back. Probably would take just as long if not longer.

The two delivery men were very polite and nice. They got all the furniture out together in a timely manner. Other than one of the knobs on the dresser drawl on my bed being broken everything turned out really nice.

Nothing special about this visit/purchase. GW would not give me free delivery and the WORST is that your sales people will not let you even breathe to walk around and browse. Constantly after you even when you mention wanting to "look" around for ideas. Always makes me hesitate when wanting or needing to furniture shop. STOP THE HOVERING! We will ask questions when necessary. Thank you

Our sales person Kalilan Gaga was excellent, very knowledgeable and personable. We previously purchased a mattress from another store but were very dissatisfied with the quality after seeing it in our home. Kali listened to our situation and helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our needs. We would definitely buy from him again. The delivery crew were very courteous and efficient also.

We’ve been bounced around on delivery of a bunk bed set because the store and warehouse can’t agree on their policy for removing the existing furniture. We’re going on attempt #3. This takes a lot of scheduling on our end to cancel and move things only to have no product delivered.

I was so disappointed that it took 5 months to receive my ottoman. I know GW doesn’t make it but they should not be doing business with companies that have so many delays in there production. And communication from the store was poor. They didn’t even call me when it finally came in.

After having an awful experience at a competitor and leaving empty handed I turned to Gardner White store to find a new mattress for my husband and I who needed new comfortable bed that can accomodate two big people who deal with a lot of pain. We found a very nice man named Christian who was of great help and took time to listen to all our concerns and find us an option that also fit our budget. We not only found what we wanted but turned out to be exactly what we needed to get. Also when you consider the extras that came with it including the frame, next day set up etc the price was more than fair and we even upped our budget for our purchase. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Gardner White for furniture needs and telling everyone how awesome Gardner White is. Also forgot to mention this was at the Auburn Hills Showroom/Factory.

I never received my gift cards and I’ve left messages for someone to call me back and nobody ever calls back. The phone is never answered. I feel like I got ripped off and I never received information or paper work on my warranties on my bedroom set or my mattress. I will never recommend this place.
