Wonderful sales lady in KC, and Rosa, and the two truck drivers who delivered the furniture were totally awesome and very respectful!

Very professional, helpful, in time.

Went in to look at beds. We talked to a salesperson on the phone but wasn’t available to help us once we reached the store. Another salesperson helped us and didn’t give us information we needed or show us the right model/ bases for the bed. We left and shopped around but went back to buy the first bed we looked at. We were then helped by a store manager who was extremely helpful and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Price matched from another store and had a great experience buying. Next day delivery was our biggest selling point bc of a recent move.

Delivery men put the bed together quickly but I felt rushed I know they have a schedule and were delayed coming in the front entrance then coming around. I was asked about feet height I said 3 inches wish I had them put a 6 inch on the other twin to compare I told them my husband coming home from therapy. But this too low. I am waiting for a service call tomorrow to change the height I do not think I should have to pay a charge for this I was hoping did meone could come today.

I have been buying from Garner White for the past several years now, my first purchase was in 2012, dining room table and buffet, it is still as gogorous as the day I bought it. High end good quality furniture at an affordable price. I thought I could never affotd furniture there until I made my first purchase. Discounts makes it a lot easiere to buy from them. And also my sales person Cheryl at the 8 mile in southfield, Michigan location was excellent with her knowledge and expertise she made my shopping experience much more enjoyable!
