I was very pleased with the service that we received.

Ordered a dining room set. The delivery guys were unable to assemble the table, as the hardware they had contained the wrong bolts. 6 out of the 8 ordered chairs had visible damage (cracked wood, scuffs, incorrect assembly and padding issues). We now have to wait another couple of days for delivery.

Very good sales centives drew us. Salesman was also straight forward. Delivery was timely.

First off, the salesmen argued in front of us about who would get commission...very unprofessional. Second after a long delay in getting our delivery, the pegs that hold the shelves in were missing! The delivery

I tried to call customer service & it said press 2 but no one answered ( i tried 3 times) so then I left my name & number on the General VM but never got a return call. I have a major issue. The mattress is a LOT harder then it was at the store we sampled. My wife & I both couldn't sleep all night. Still need someone to talk to.

Fast delivery and easy to track the shipment.

Bought the furniture on Saturday. Stayed an extra half hour to set up delivery for Monday afternoon after 4 p.m On Monday, I never received any calls, text or nothing on my delivery. Went on track delivery left message to call us said no order. Waited 2 more hours and called again after 8 pm. They said we did not have a delivery. In the meantime, another of the 3 pieces went on back order. Today Tuesday, at 9:30 a.m. got one of the three pieces of my furniture.

Danny was great, not pushy understood our needs and let us discuss. Delivery was quick. They came in a timely matter.

Dave and Pam were fantastic helping me find a couch that fit my needs and budget. They requested a before 6 delivery time and I was the first stop! Extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will be back!

Salesperson Abe was helpful in assisting us picking out an accent chair for our family room. Delivered the next day; and the delivery persons were professional and quick in the delivery process.

Length of time the items have been on backorder has been disappointing. Item delivery window was 11:00pm-2:00am. How is that acceptable! We took that delivery time because after waiting for weeks we wanted our furniture!
