I have Always got my products very quickly. Two year customer. Always two for price of one as well. I have zero complaints and do love the company So far anyway.....

May 155 USD Next Day They Give Some Excuse and start asking some strange details they have my money waited almost 1 hour to talk to them but no response . Seems some shaddy business

Mijn pillen liggen al weken bij de douane. Ik heb alles betaald wat ik moest betalen om mijn bestelling thuis gestuurd te krijgen. Er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn e-mail. Ik vrees dat ik mijn bestelling ook niet zal zien verschijnen en dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben. Schandalig!

I've been a customer for years and have never had issues with product, shipping or customer service - until now. May 18 placed a substantial order and after 2 weeks, no update for shipping. Called CS and they said they were going through some type of system change and apologized and said order would go out in 2 days. 3 days later called again and they said order had been shipped even though it showed pending in system. 2 days later called again and they said it had not shipped and they did not know when it would be going out. I told them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't. I told them that I would give them 2 more days to get the order shipped otherwise I would file a complaint with my credit card company. 2 days later they provide a tracking number saying that order was shipped. 3 days later I get an update from UPS saying that the order was never delivered to UPS and that it was still in Puritan's possession. The day after that UPS finally received the items for shipping. It appears that Puritan put a tracking number in the system to keep me appeased and didn't ship the products out the first time. I finally received the items - but now have decided not to do business with this company any longer due to the way that they treat loyal customers.

Ordered from this site over a month ago. They charged me but never shipped the items. Called 10 days ago to ask for a refund. They said that was not possible because the order was processed and it was "system issue". I have already bought the items elsewhere and don't need them now. Puritan's Pride says the items will arrive In the next 10 days, but still no tracking info. I disputed the charge with my credit card.

Been a customer for years. Company has a good assortment of products at reasonable prices. But the company's IT is among the worse I've seen on-line. I would get notices saying a product is back in stock, but when I ordered, it was still OS. Currently a link to Menu is not working. On an outstanding order I have, one screen says it shipped last week. Another screen says it hasn't shipped yet. It makes one wonder if the quality control on the products is as sloppy as that of the tech side.

12 days ago I placed an order for $377.00. You tell me twice the order can not be processed. Why tell me Puritans is still in business at all if they cannot ship any orders? I am furious. I don't know where to go to get my supplements now. I cannot trust this source any longer. I must assume Nestlé has put you OUT OF BUSINESS! I am letting everyone know what has happened. Just announce the business closure to the public NOW. Stop leading us on. I boycott ANYTHING NESTLE TOUCHES ANYWAY. Pathetic. I bet your slave labor call center workers will not be paid, since company cannot fulfill any orders. They told me it is because of the Nestlé acquisition. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Do not pretend to be in business. Do not accept any orders. Send the workers home.

Puritan has been my supplement provider for a while and has served my needs, but this latest experience is beyond the pale. I placed my order with the standard arrival date of 5-6 days and that was 2 weeks ago and IT STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! So now I'm out my money (they refused to cancel the order and refund it) and don't have my supplements with no ship date in sight. I have called "customer service" and got nowhere. I will never order from Puritan's Pride again!

I closed my account with Puritan's Pride after ONE order. They have my email address, but yet they start sending me SNAIL MAIL Cards and Magazines. I NEVER Signed up for ANY of this crap. I hate companies that waste Paper, Man-power making the crap and fuel delivering JUNK MAIL that will only add to the trash, when I didn't even give them permission. IF they were a decent company, they would see that I am on the DMA (Direct Marketing Associations) Do not Mail List. They also ADD (OR CURRENT RESIDENT). That just shows what an ARROGANT and INCONSIDERATE Company they are. I am just glad I was smart enough not to give them a phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stick with companies that respect how you want to be communicated with AND Mother Earth!!!

Promised on the phone to me that that order would be shipped and delivered within 72 hours at the time of placing the order. Now already 6 days later and the order still has not been shipped yet. Then I called them and they gave some excuse about new system migration slowing things down. Sounds like a lie to me. In addition, they said the charge hasn’t been fully placed on my credit card yet and that the charge is still pending, but that’s also not true. I was already fully charged. This company cannot be trusted. Anything they tell you can not be accepted as fact.

Puritan's Pride products are great quality and very affordable. I am surprised by so many negative comments, but I’m very much pleased with this company. They carry literally everything, one stop shop for your supplements. I highly recommend their products

Bought some senior multivitamins but forgot to ask first if they were gluten and wheat free as l am coeliac. Contacted the company, and the guy didn't know!weird as when you are part of a company selling products that you are not aware of their content or have a booklet with information!!! Secondly, he says that he would enquire, but no news, so send a third mail, and 4 weeks later still no answer as obviously they can't bother!!!and by the way his name was Philip. Appalling customer services And not sure that l will buy again from them!

24 februari vitamine pillen besteld. Track and trace in de gaten gehouden, 3 maart voor het laatst in amerika gezien.... 10 maart contact gezocht via de live chat, ''moet vandaag of morgen binnen zijn''. Het is nu 20 maart en ik heb nog niets, contact is vrijwel onmogelijk en geld terug krijgen maken ze je abnormaal lastig. KU T bedrijf! uit de buurt blijven!!!

For the last 2 years I have purchased on Puritan's website their Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor which they often sold with a buy 1 and get 2 free promotion. It worked very well and tasted fine and sold for about $5/bottle with the promotion. Lately however it has been listed as Out of Stock on their website so I looked elsewhere on Amazon where I found the same Puritan's Melatonin on sale, in stock for $10/bottle. It would appear they are selling their stock on Amazon for twice the price. Good for business but bad for their loyal customers. I chose to purchase a different brand of Melatonin Liquid 10 mg for $6/bottle with free Prime shipping with 2 day arrival.

I have been a loyal Puritan's Pride customer for several years. I have always been able to redeem my points earned up until this year 2022. It appears that they put a limit on how many points a person can earn in a year without giving their customers full disclosure up front. It will take you several clicks to find this information. They will not make any exceptions. To me, this is poor customer service especially for customers who purchase a lot of products with this company. Buyer beware!

Do not buy from them!! I paid 40 GPD for vitamins over two weeks ago - and nothing! No communication, still no delivery! I have e-mailed them about FOUR times, they are just not responding clearly. Their first communication was that they have no record of my order! They 2nd they gave me a date for delivery - and still no sign of this!! I've shared proof of purchase 3 times! So no further forward! The vitamins have been suggested by my GP!

I have been a Puritan Pride customer for over 12 years. After a 'trial' for their personalized vitamin packs, I was forced into a subscription program that I did not sign up for, or was made aware of. I purchased additional vitamins and noticed my CC bill had an additional charge. When calling customer service, I called 4 days in a row.. each call was over 30 mins and had at least 3-4 transfers to additional people. The first call resulted in the lady 'promising' to call back... never did. The last call, finally they said they'd refund my money, then they called back 30 mins later saying that they can't, they need to call the manager in New York. I even logged into my customer dashboard and checked the 'active subscriptions' tab and nothing was active. I was completely taken by surprise for this. To put things into perspective, we're talking about a $61.01 purchase. I didn't ask for any discounts, no free product request... I even wanted to keep my other purchase of $65. No Good...they would do nothing for a 12 year customer who spent over $5,000 and sent 4 paying customers to them. Please do yourself a favor and go to Costco for your vitamins. This company cares nothing about loyalty, or their mistakes.
