het is nu 14 oktober de onderstaande bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen het is geen bestelling meer maar een besteling wat een ongelofelijke BAGGER firma 5 potten vitamine D besteld eerst alles beloven binnen 10 dagen wordt het opgestuurd,,, sorry sorry het wordt wat langer ze zijn niet op vooraad nu ruim 3 weken later het bericht; Uw bestelling is onderweg euh neee neee er is 1 potje onderweg de andere 4 middelvinger en krijg nu net bericht ZE hebben het maar geannuleerd zonder overleg of iets Als het niet op vooraad is bestel het bij doe ik ook bij jullie of zijn jullie al zo falliet dat de fabriek niets meer levert vertrouw deze firma niet bestel er niets de enige garantie is dat je belazerd wordt Het is nu 26-10-2022 na ongeveer elke dag via h7n facebook pagina een berichtje te sturen nog niets omtvangen is er een reactie, Ik moet alle gegevens doorgeven Ik moet ja moet dit doen omdat ze anders niets doen (kunnen) ik wijs hen erop dat alles al bekend is bij hun omdat alles in mijn account staat maar ja zoals ondertussen bekend zijn ze zo slim als een deurknop dus dat kunnen ze niet vinden ik kreeg ook nog een aanbod dat ik voor 5 ( ja echt) mocht bestellen bij hen 3 minuten later geschreven hoef ik niet stuur maar de gevraagde vitamine D EEN DAG LATER krijg ik het antwoord Dat kan helaas niet meer wij hebben deze al verwerkt WAT EEN NONSENS ik antwoord DIRECT en dan een dag later zeggen och tja is nu te laat dat kan niet meer ik heb maar even een paar dagen gewacht met deze review omdat het anders vol met "piepjes" zou zitten

Well where do I start , to purchase an item and pay is extremely easy, however when your order does not turn up the fun begins, I called and called and never got through , the website to contact them is absolutely rubbish , You guys need to spend some money on you website , make it more user and customer friendly I did get through eventually on the phone and a refund was done straight away so that is great. Shame I never got to try your products as they came highly recommended "…………

Bought strawberry Greek yogurt protein bars from them were extremely hard broke my upper left tooth, #11. Bad customer service . Avoid.

Unsatisfactory. Longtime customer going back to 1980s. Good products but poor customer service. Last package i ordered i followed on their tracking system. When i was notified the package delivered it actually wasnt. I called puritan and they said common. Why have a tracking system if its useless.

I've used Puritan's Pride for the cheapest vitaminis and beauty creams, etc, for at least 30 years and have never had a problem with the company, always straightforward advertising and good service, best value.

On May 10, I ordered about $150 of vitamins and supplements. Upon reviewing my order conformation, I discovered the delivery address was wrong (PP had filled in my previous address and I did not catch it). Within two minutes I called customer service in India to change the address. She told me she could not do it but would cancel my order. I thanked her but told her I thought she was giving poor customer service. Today, After talking to her, I emailed customer service confirming that she had cancelled my order. Customer Service emailed back telling me the order was not cancelled, but I could refuse delivery, the USPS would return the vitamins and I would get a refund. Today, May 15 I got a conformation that my order was delivered to my previous address (75 miles away). As I was not there to refuse delivery the package was left.

I've gotta say I'm not surprised that their rating is mediocre. Frankly, I am kinda surprised it's not lower. I recently clicked on a deal that seemed too good to be true. Two lbs of chocolate protein for something like 4.99. I went ahead and bought twelve of them though. The order went through, they took my money, and it looked like everything was legit. Then today I get a email saying Your refund has been processed! Thank you for contacting us. This is ridiculous. I didn't contact anyone...they just decided not to fulfill my order claiming"there was an issue processing my order" right...my guess is that they marked the protein down more than they meant to and, instead of doing the right thing which is honoring the agreement we made and filling my order, they just cancelled it as if it was some kind of mistake. There was no issue taking my money though which I still haven't received back. They said I would see it on my next credit card billing statement. I used my debit card, so I should be receiving it like now pretty much. This company is obviously dishonest. Most companies with integrity would either honor the agreement or compensate in some way. Don't waste your time or money with these people.

Good products, just order direct from the company and you'll probably be okay. I've tried ordering from them through eBates/Rakuten and they will never pay what they owe. First off, they don't do ANYTHING unless you actually ask where your money is. Then they will claim you ordered through somewhere else and will refuse to pay and there is nothing you can do about it. A few months ago I made a HUGE order for me and members of my family, over $500. It was during a Rakuten 10% back promotion, but Puritan's refused to pay me the $50+ back for ordering through Rakuten. If they don't want to pay, they should get off these third party sites

I’ve shopped Puritans Pride for years, good products and prices. This negative review is in lieu of shipping. Delivery was USPS vis UPS. Tracking states it was sitting at hub waiting for transfer since the 12th. Contacted UPS and was told it was considered lost and to contact Puritans Pride. I did, received response stating they saw an updated delivery for Saturday the 19th and to contact them again if it was not received on that day- I noted the UPS tracking did not show any such update when I looked up the tracking after this response. I did not receive package, contacted them again. Their response was that they received a call from a lady that said she received it at the same address that the order was submitted under. Now, this had to be a lie as the address was correct for the order and is the same address used for the last 10 years. Also, the tracking has not been updated as “delivered” regardless if it was delivered to the wrong address. Not sure if this next bit of info would play into this mess, but this order does not even show as shipped on their site. Bottom line, there was a shipping issue that was not my doing, yet the CR deflects and insinuated that I entered the wrong shipping info (it’s automatically filled in each order, not manually). Whatever the actual bottom line issue was, I certainly do not appreciate the blame shifting put on me.

Recently placed order with puritans pride and the order delivered was for the wrong product. We have made two calls to customer service with no success in getting product ordered. We requested a customer service supervisor which was denied. We made online request for someone to contact us. No contact has been made. No contact from them, no correct product shipped, no refund.

AFAIK Puritan's is not one of these 'woke' companies. No social justice warrior messages on their website or on Twitter, and they haven't joined or donated to any left-wing organizations like Civic Alliance, etc that I'm aware of. I was once an iHerb customer until I found out that they support the anti-Trump group StopHateForProfit. I immediately stopped ordering from iHerb for life. Puritan's Pride has all of the vitamins that I need.

A few years back all items were available for single item purchase. That changed with their "buy on get one" offering. The thing is the cost was DOUBLED in that "new offering". That means You did in fact pay for TWO and DID NOT get a second one free. Deceptive!! I did not order for quite some time. Now I ordered the other day because of their single offering of Kelp. I received a United Parcel Service (UPS) tracking number. It arrived at the local UPS hub last Saturday (April 3rd, 2021). It sat there and sat there. Bare in mind it was a UPS tracking number. In checking I finally noticed it had a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number and was waiting in the USPS "Sure Post" to be picked up at that UPS hub for transfer to the USPS system and delivery. It was NEVER stated that my order would be bounced from one carrier to another. I do not appreciate this deceptive practice! NO MORE Puritan Pride!!!!!!

I have no problem with the products themselves. ITS THE UNSAFE & DANGEROUS TO THE ENVIRONMENT PACKAGING! Unless I'm personally placing my order with an agent, It says on my account to NOT use anything but paper. My orders come with a box full of 100s of STYROFOAM magnetized peanuts or that giant plastic bubble wrap anyway! Not only are those peanuts an environmental hazard because they're not recyclable "neither is the plastic" they're A CHOKING HAZARD for my gkids and pets. And good luck getting the peanuts out of the box into your trash can! They stick to EVERYTHING, your hands, your clothing etc, so its really easy for some not make it the can. You won't even know there's some stuck to the wall, cabinets your sleeves etc. I shouldn't have to REPEATEDLY personally ask PP to NOT use those products. By now EVERYONE knows its our duty to do what we can to help the environment. But the biggest impact will mostly come from big business/manufacturing etc, who can switch to using recycled paper, cardboard etc on a large scale. How can ordinary citizens do their part if we're being ignored and not given the option to say, I want environmentally safe packaging. It makes no sense to me that PP can use just paper wrap if requested but continues to use other unsafe packing materials like STYROFOAM PEANUTS & plastic bubble wrap! Whats up with that? Its not like they ASK US what type of packaging we prefer. They could EASILY just switch to recycled brown paper for ALL of their packaging. So hey everyone please be sure your paying attention to the packaging being used for all of your online orders. None of them will change to environmentally safe products unless WE THE CONSUMER demand it...PS also start holding restaurants accountable for the billions of tons of unrecyclable/styrofoam single use to go packaging they use. Either bring your own to go box or ask them to wrap your order in foil or paper.

I bought two bottles of Puritan's Pride CO Q-10 Plus Red Yeast Rice. I took the recommended dose 2 per day, morning and night. I had my blood work done after three full months of taking this and it DID NOT lower my cholesterol at all. In the past I've used Weider's Red Yeast Rice Plus which really did work in six weeks time and brought down my Cholesterol numbers. I thought by using the Puritan Pride I would get a better benefit because it says it contains CO Q-10. Don't waste your money on these.

No stars if I could!! I ordered some sleep aids and was charged £12.41 customs duty on the product to allow entry into UK. At no time was I informed this may happen when I placed the order and when I complained they said it was my responsibility to check on customs duties before I ordered!!! NOT acceptable! Customer beware!

This is the worst company i had to deal with. I placed an order and within mins i canceled the order. two weeks later, i still have not received a refund. Their horrible and their CS is really terrible. Don't Buy from this website!
