Was really happy with the quality of our new sofa and the communication received throughout from the customer service team when advising on delivery times, booking this in etc. No negative feedback or points at all from my experience, thank you!

The sofa's (three of them) arrived within the expected timeframe. The communications were good, showroom and salesman excellent and most importantly the sofas are great. What really impressed us is the range of styles, there must be something to suit everyone. It really is worth going to the showroom, we had drawn a blank with our visits to all the usuals and some less usual. We've had the sofa's for about a month and they have met our expectations perfectly. The quality, finish, fabric and comfort all considerably better than most. Recommend Darlings of Chelsea wholeheartedly.

Darlings of Chelsea made our purchase of a sofa bed a real pleasure, from the excellent service provided at the showroom by Sherif throughout the organisation of the delivery at our flat. In particular, they were extremely flexible in the delivery options offered, which was a very positive point for us, as we were not very often at the property.

The staff were incredibly odd, they were sat in their office and didn’t willingly come out and help. We purchase a sofa bed and explicitly stated that we could not accept delivery of the sofa until the 1st December however this message was clearly not translated to their delivery team. Service was awful, showroom staff were unapproachable and having to accept delivery of the sofa prior to moving was a massive inconvenience. The delivery company said they would call 30 minutes before arriving but that never happened.

Good selection to view at the Chelsea showroom, easy to park outside and friendly service from Keno. Quick to place the order and easy to arrange interest free finance. Order arrived within the time stated and were kept up to date with the timings. Courtesy calls to ensure delivery was being arranged and we were happy with the sofa after it was received were appreciated. Delivery company also did a good job and were able to fit in with our timings and provided prompt delivery. We are very happy with our sofa.

We were really pleased to be able to see the sofa beds at the showroom, particularly as we wouldn't have been willing to buy something so expensive without seeing it first. We were given plenty of time to look at the different models and to consider the advice of the salesperson. The sofabed we ordered arrived on the day and was assembled by the delivery team. Excellent quality product and excellent service all round. Very pleased with our sofa bed.

(One star- 28/11/23) Official complaint about the unacceptable quality of the sofa bed sent today via email to info and showroom. Delivery was 25th November, ordered 27th September 2023 at Hertford office. What's wrong with the product: There are gaps between the top cushions (10 cm top gap; the wall is visible); missmatch in the seating area. We would like our money refunded in full and the sofa taken away. Complaints are made within 14 days of receiving the product (T&C 10.1; and legal 14.2).I will keep the public informed about customer service and the exercise of legal rights to return goods. Attention!!! The packaging of our mattress has not been removed. If it is removed, the T&C states you will lose £200. T&Cs are only available on the website, they are not given during the ordering process.Addition: Customer service is in constant contact with us; acknowledge the defective product. I am grateful for the positive and understanding attitude of the customer service manager Julie. We are in the process of returning the sofa bed and getting a full refund. I have added another star ( 2 stars) to the review. Once everything is sorted I will inform for the final result. Update: The defective sofa bed was picked up on the 14th day of delivery; money - refunded on 15.12.2023 I would give 5 stars to Julie- Customer service and Empire Delivery's delivery/collection, but due to the poor quality of the product, I am only adding one more star (3 stars)

We found the service very good indeed - from the order to the delivery, the lines of communications were very clear and straightforward. The guys who delivered the [very large] sofabed were patient and took great care to get it through doorways and place the sofa exactly where we wanted it. They also demonstrated the bed action for us. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the sofa too - beautiful velvet, and a classy bit of furniture. Brilliant!!

We ordered an emperor bed and mattress and a cream tweed sofa x2. Customer service from Callum was excellent, checking we were happy with colours and fabrics and legs for the bed. The bed is gorgeous, the mattress is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and we have travelled all over the world. Would definitely recommend Darlings, thank you so much. Darlings excellent but delivery company very hard to communicate with (phones disconnected!) spoiled the whole experience which had been 5 star from Darlings.

We were able to identify the sofa we liked in the showroom and had access to all the fabric samples. We were advised we could return the sofa should it not suit with certain conditions. The sofa arrived after 3 months and we found the high back overpowering and not suit the room. We set about returning it by finding our own courier. It was returned the following week. Over a week later there was no communication to confirm receipt of the sofa or to say a refund process. On enquiring I was told the process had yet to be actioned and would take 10 to 15 working days, after which if I hadn't heard anything was advised to contact them again. 15 working days later the matter had still not been 'actioned', and was assured it now would be. 10 working days later I was told 'the Director' had to 'action' it. I was assured it would take a matter of days to have a full refund. To their credit the full refund then did arrive. The sales staff were brilliant, the sofa excellent quality and we loved the colour, but the after care service is not great hence 4 stars. Although the refund eventually arrived the communication was nil and the delay was stressful.
