Bought a sofa bed. Good quality and very comfy however there is a lot of exposed metal by the sides of the bed at the top. this could cause injury and i think it would be pretty dangerous with young children. I put pillows by the side, but its not an idea situation.

I appreciate the higher quality DoC offers over the high street sofa companies and I could feel the difference. They had every style I had on my mind and so many I hadn’t yet considered and I ended up getting a sofa completely different in style than I intended. So beautiful and comfortable, perfect for our friends and family for movies and lounging. DoC made it easy for me to customize the fabric and even the size to our specifications and the extra cost was reasonable and so worth it! The team was beyond friendly and helpful, constantly checked in through the manufacturing process. Even their partner courier worked with us on the best day and time for delivery. I give DoC 20 stars out of 10!!

Ordered a Norbury Sofa bed which was delivered in the specified timescale. Communication clear and excellent throughout. Showroom in Parsons Green has a large selection to look at which was really helpful as the colours are hard to appreciate online. Salesperson, Sherif, was very helpful, not at all pushy, gave lots of space to make a decision but very well informed. Order process very straightforward. I mismeasured the sofa and had a panic the week before it wouldn’t fit in the flat. Sherif was very calm and reasssuring, urged me to try delivery and explained the options if it was not possible to fit, failed order was more reasonable than I had expected though I was still panicking it would be an expensive mistake on my part. On the day of delivery, the men from Atlas were very positive about getting it through a tight corner, very carefully unwrapped it in the street on blankets, removed the bed mechanism, re wrapped it to protect the fabric and got it in the flat. They were polite and extremely professional. Took great care with their work. Overall very satisfied with the service we received. Highly recommended!

From ordering, dealing with changes, delivery I am very happy with the service I received. The sofas are excellent, well made and look lovely.

Had some logistical issues with my order, including delays, which were not dealt with particularly well until Kent stepped in, who was fantastic at sorting them in short shrift. I ordered two sofas and a bed frame, all of which are very well made and look great. The sofa bed is a real stand out - not only is it super comfortable as a sofa (most sofa beds aren’t), the mattress is virtually indistinguishable from a proper bed. All in all superb products, but had to knock a star off for the logistical challenges.

Initial contacts were great. Staff at the Parsons Green store were extremely helpful on the two occasions I visited. There was a bit of confusion over delivery dates, but the sofa bed is a high quality item which has already been used several times. The mattress is very comfortable and the piece looks great in our sitting room.
