Showroom very local to me. Good service.

Fab quality sofa but would have appreciated a bit more help and advice from the employees in the London shop - felt like every time I had a question for them I was bothering them

Back in August I gave the company 1 star. After that customer service was very supportive and tried the hardest to order a brand new snuggle for me. I havent received it as yet but i trust that the quality is going to be good and i will be happy with the end result. A big thank you to Harriet who looked after me. :) Once i receive the snuggle that 4 can go up to a 5!

Simply the best!

was impressed by their variety of couches and the ability to take home numerous fabric samples to help me finalize my choice online. However, when my couch arrived, I was disappointed to find that while the fabric looked similar, the feel was quite different from the sample I had approved. Upon closer inspection, the backing on the couch fabric didn't match the sample. While I appreciate the convenience and selection offered, future customers should be aware that the delivered product may not fully align with the sample expectations—double-check if exact fabric match! Contacted customer service but their management completely wiped their hands from the issue and concern.

*** Update *** Many thanks to the team at DoC Parson Green who came up with a satisfactory resolution to replace my sofabed cushions. Technician fitted new cushions and Sofabed is a better fit and feel - Happy customer! Thanks Sandy Hi Recently purchased a sofabed and selected the luxury filled cushioning however these are very uncomfortable and not like the sofabed seating / cushions we tried in the showroom. Love the sofabed but really no good if we cannot enjoy sitting on it which is the main purpose, you would have thought paying more meant luxury and comfort but the sofa is like sitting on a sack of potatoes. We notified Darlings of Chelsea as soon as it was delivered within the exchange timeframe so we could exchange the cushions but did not hear back so had to chase them after waiting over a week and half to be told we had to pay £300 to exchange after paying so much am disappointed as am sure these cushions can be used again since they are brand new unwrapped and just an insert easily swapped over by the factory/showroom. £300 is a lot of money to replace to the standard foam cushions. Think customer service and the factory could have been more helpful since in my opinion think this was an easy fix after spending so much money with Darlings of Chelsea. This was a first time purchase to buy a sofa bed that was exactly what we wanted rather than the off-the-shelf options we saw. Darlings of Chelsea were very information of delays, and the delivery service they used was very good - we were somewhat expecting to put it all together but were pleasantly surprised that this was done for us as part of the delivery. We're going to buy from them again to get a matching ottoman!

We love our sofa! Delivery took longer than expected by a significant amount, which was disappointing. They supplier ended up being out of stock of the fabric we chose and we were too committed to the color to want to compromise, so we stuck it out.

The sofa looks and feel good, however the assembly was not done professionally and it looks terrible. I just moved the sofa to clean the floor and I noticed a washer fell down and the sewing after assembly was done terribly.

Kairah at the showroom was very helpful. The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient. The settee is not as nice to sit on as the one in the showroom but perhaps it needs a bit more sitting on.
