Kairah at the Hertford branch was fantastic from start to finish - great customer service! There was a chance we would not receive our order in time for Christmas even though we ordered at the start of October and Kairah was great at keeping us posted and discussing alternative fabrics if we required them. We were lucky and delighted to receive the sofa on 21st December and it was worth the wait!

We love our new Aberdeen sofa. Buying experience online went smoothly, even recieving a call two days after purchase offering swatches we hadn't requested. Contact throughout good with delivery bang on 8 weeks forecast. Delivery team wonderful and caring, unpacking and positioning without being asked. Sofa very comfortable, bought after seeing review of top 13 sofas 2024 in Guardian. Don't hesitate!!

Our new sofa is just perfect. I'm pleased we went with the antique leather, it has a great feel and finish. The customer service was some of the best I've had, many thanks to Lucy & Jasmin who kept me updated throughout the process. I'd recommend getting lots of samples as they're a really decent size and some of the leather colours look different online.

Excellent, 10/10 for every aspect of my purchase from initial contact right through to delivery. The delivery guys were especially good. Carried my leather sofa up to the first floor, unpacked it for me to inspect and then removed all the packaging. The Sofa is fantastic.

Everything from accurate descriptions on the website to helpful assistance at the showroom. We wanted a sofa bed which was genuinely comfy as a bed, and we have had three sets of visitors now who have all given honest feedback on how comfy it is! As a sofa it needs a bit more use to calm down the very full foam cushions, but that is not a criticism! It looks beautiful in the artichoke basket weave. Altogether delighted thank you.

We looked all over for a nice signed, but other stores had such little choice (and horrible designs). We came to the Darlings store, which is massive, and had a really large range of sofa beds, which actually were all nice. The staff were super helpful and in the end we bought a lovely sofa bed which looks perfect in our apartment - just what we were looking for!!! Excellent experience - couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!

Very helpful and efficient, from checking we had obtained samples of the material we were ordering, to expediting our order before Christmas. And the final product is something to behold, which left us wondering why we hadn't replaced our old sofas sooner!

Darlings of Chelsea were very helpful from the point of ordering, Mo was in contact up to delivery the sofas are gorgeous and delivery was as stated I would definately order again thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service team seemed either unable or unwilling to address my concerns or even acknowledge the issue. I received an item with a significant colour discrepancy— the wood was approximately 30% lighter than what was shown on their website. I contacted customer service on the same day to report this, but received a series of contradictory responses: • "This is the correct colour." • "It depends on screen settings." • "It depends on lighting." • "We can exchange it for £200." • "We can replace it for free in three months when we receive the right shade." After waiting three months, the response reverted back to “This is the correct colour.” Interestingly, during this time, they updated the images of the wood shades on their website. The option I originally ordered was removed, and a new, lighter option with the same name was added—one that looks suspiciously similar to the item I received.
