Other than the exorbitant use of nonconsensual upselling and adding products not asked for into shopping cart by default. Very useful, solid and easy to to navigate service and back end. Even a novice with zero experience in setting up websites and domains and such could have a pretty successful time of it

So after having my emails fked up by whoever made me change my email account over and then messaging numerous times trying to get the right settings. Praveen K today actually helped me. I have probably lost 20k AUD in commissions because my emails werent working properly. Not happy but Praveen K today was awesome. Good to finally get someone who could help me. I wouldnt recommned Crazy Domains to my enemies. Worst service ever.

Tried to turn off auto renew for a domain back order, website kept giving errors so online support said turn of auto renew for future purchases which i did. They still charged me and said I had turned off the wrong auto renew even though they had the chat proving thats what they told me

Gedeon was quick to respond to my plea for assistance. He was pleasant, patient and most efficient. What I really appreciated was when Gedeon said he'd keep me on hold for 2 or 3 minutes, he did just that. And if he needed more time, he'd ask me to hold another 2 or 3 minutes.
