Make sure you have Auto Renew turned off as they have confusing pop up offers that lead to puchasing the wrong products with simple click then only offer for you to the buy other products. They have a business model template response that does not take individual circumstances into accoungt using excuses that they hide behind.

New Zealand | 10 December 2024Note: My account/dashboard is with crazydomains.co.nz - I’m based in NZ. Late on a Sunday afternoon, I contacted support with an urgent website issue. First of all, support was available after 4.30pm on a Sunday which in the past has been an issue with other domain & hosting companies (unless you pay for ‘premium support’) outside hours. Charity was extremely helpful & efficient solving an issue with one of my websites that involved consultation with the dev team. She kept me on the line and the team resolved the issue in under 10 minutes. The level of service coupled with ongoing competitive monthly fees for New Zealand website and domain hosting is superior when compared to other providers. Highly recommended.
