Worst customer service ever. Liars and as far as I am concerned, scammers! Tried telling me I had to pay 2 years in advance for my email and I that I was previously on a trial version for a month- I've been paying since April this year! The left hand does not know what the right hand doing. I'm looking for a different email hosting service now as these guys are ridiculous!
