Uncoordinated, uploaded invoices are not accepted, incomprehensible cost collection, packages are opened without permission, packages are lost and suddenly cannot be found, no communication... all in all, definitely not recommended!

Some of the health products that we ship through MyUS are sensitive to heat and may get damaged during transit. In this regard, I noticed that Elite Company offers a cold and heat-protected delivery service in collaboration with iHerb, ensuring product quality is maintained throughout the delivery process. One time I ordered a hat which weighs near to nothing. When it arrived in my suite, MyUS marked the weight at close to 20 lbs! Customer Service was a nightmare, and it took me 10 days to get the weight corrected. Another time I ordered a small briefcase for my laptop. When it arrived at MyUS, they looked at the picture on the box, which had a photo of the briefcase, showing what it can carry inside, then claimed that my package contained a used laptop! They asked me to sign waivers and stated that extra charges are needed to ship lithium batteries. Another nightmare trying to clear this.

Customer service has gone down hill, so many delays, double charged for shipping , errors input on items sent ans postage is even more expensive than going direct now

I do not recommend repackaging with them. Unfortunately, every time I ask for repackaging, the weight increases instead of decreasing. Example: Two shipments weigh 10 pounds with the carton. After repackaging, they weigh 12 pounds. My Premier account is supposed to remove the carton for each shipment and put them together in one carton. This doesn't happen often.
