For example one necklace will come in this big box which to that don't make sense 🤔. I will recommend myus to anyone, shipping is a Lil costly but ur package is on time.

However it is sometimes confusing when the tracking numer you present is different from Amazon and may cause difficulties to find the right invoice. If possible to include the seller tracking number as additional info to help identify the content.

Until today (4th April) I have not received my parcel which was shipped out on March 18th! MyUS service is becoming lousy and worse since the start of 2025. Will be switching out to use another service provider for future shipments.

All the questions are solved fast and could not be happier with the communication from the MYUS team side. And the speed! Even during Christmas period, we did not have late orders, so very much appreciate for all the organized work. The new system is working great. Much appreciate the investments were done in here. However since the 2025 we start having a lot of ripped original packaging for the branded items, especially the more expensive ones, and the problem remains not solved yet, even though we are informing MYUS team about this issue. So hope we will manage this question somehow. All in all, great work together, and hope it will remain long long years! Greetings to all the team!

Brunei Darussalam | 03 April 2025A product I had ordered on Amazon was flagged as "flammable" simply because it was labelled "massage oil". Your team didn't even bother to consider it properly. Now I am having to spend my time tracking down "safety data sheets" for this product when it is simply just massage oil - similar to dencorub!! It is for sports injuries. A similar issue was experienced on the My UK site when I ordered facecream - again held up because the My US team couldn't be bothered to consider it properly. Once it was released for shipment I had to pay additional shipping fees. On another occasion - MyUK told me that they couldn't ship the electric toothbrush I had ordered because it contained a lithium battery. However I ordered a cordless drill set on the MyUS site and two lithium batteries were shipped from that location without issue. The inconsistency is extremely inconvenient.
