As a first-time user, it can feel a bit daunting—you’re trusting an unknown third party with your packages, and their system comes with a wide range of customisation options. But after using MyUS for seven months, receiving around 40 packages at their warehouse and shipping over 10 to the UK, I can honestly say I’m thoroughly impressed. The combination of MyUS and FedEx is fantastic—deliveries arrive in just a few days at unbelievably low prices. That said, I’m fortunate to be relatively close to an airport hub, which likely helps with speed and cost. One key learning has been navigating customer service, particularly for more complex shipments, such as those requiring special “Sched B” descriptions. Their online support team is helpful, but patience is essential—they’re clearly handling a high volume of requests, so don’t expect immediate escalations or quick resolutions. Overall, I highly recommend MyUS. It offers outstanding value and reliability—just be prepared to invest a little time in understanding how to work with their system and support team.

Maldives | 18 February 2025I’ve been using MyUS for the past 5 years, and based on my current volume of shipping, I get upgraded to a business account every month. I was expecting better service, specially overcoming the delays I used to face in the normal subscription plan, but the business subscription tier is no different. Sometimes I even have to request via email to log on packages or approve invoices I’ve submitted due to long delays.

Canada | 18 February 2025very quick and reliable shipping service - i havr never had any issues and everything ships very quickly. im cery happy with the actual service. the rating is low though bc its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. i needed to change my account and apply changes to packages that they had received and absolutely could not get a call back or through to anyone to resolve the issue via email.
