They are not responsive and it takes a long time to resolve problems. Additionally, the cost of their service is too high for the unsatisfactory service.

I have communicated to various reps who have all assured me that I would get an answer soon. 11 days later still nothing. Having used MYUS, mostly the US suite for years now and never had a problem, I am very disappointed in this situation.
