Customer support is abysmal. You are never reachable by phone or chat, and email responses are delayed and inadequate. It took forever to resolve the fact that you lost 3 shows. Finally resolved but made me try and avoid using MyUS as much as possible - not because of losing the items - that happens - but because of the non-existent customer service.

Foram muito rápidos e eficientes ao processar o pedido, normalmente demoram um pouco mais, só acho que deviam reduzir um pouco o valor, paguei 47$, pelos menos 40$ seria melhor.

That said, I did experience once pending incident where a package has been delived but it has not been added to my suite. I have opened a ticket and still waiting for answers. (1st issue) My package 03-578-0530 was assigned a wrong description and HS code. Tried to correct this for 2 weeks with repeated contacts but wasn't sucessful. The item was shipped with a wrong HS code but this may cause a serious problem with the custom. (2nd issue) My last outbound shipment danage claim (CL-30629) is not resolved for 3 weeks now. Repeated request for the status updates has been ignored until now. (3rd issue) My eBay purchase arrived in ly U.K. suit on Jan 31 but only logged on Feb 14. I reported a lost package during this 2 week time but never heard from the U.K. office. Today, this item showed up as "ready to ship". in my suit KR1875 in U.K. Communication is a big problem with your people. As bad as DMV. Only good part is the shipping precess, if there is no hick-ups. Otherwise, nightmare starts all over again with Communication problem.

Out of the 5 actions that the UK service has had to take for me, they have totally failed at 2/5 (being receive 3 packages, consolidate and ship). Lost 1/3 packages, and when I consolidated my other two packages for shipment they only shipped one of the items? Customer service tells you to give them 24-48 hours to resolve but then never actually gets back to you. It’s been two weeks now with no resolution. Now I’m out a missing package, and have to ship twice from UK to Canada. Would have just direct ordered and saved myself the stress and hassle.

You Charge Me Shipping Costs based on the weight of the items as they are delivered from the merchant to the MyUS suite (10.46lbs), but when you ship it to my final address it usually comes with less weight (9.9lbs). Sometimes this gap is bigger. I think you should recalculate the shipping costs and charge for the final weight before sending.

Timing of delivery is great, so are the services. One thing that should be improved are the prices of shipment that make things so costly at the end of the purchase.

Absolutely horrible experience with MyUS. From start to finish, they were incompetent and misleading. Despite carefully selecting my preferences to avoid pre-paying duties and taxes, they ignored my settings and charged me upfront anyway...and to make matters worse, they miscalculated and substantially overcharged the VAT, which (after 3 attempts) a customer service rep admitted. On top of all that, the amount they charged me did not match the invoice they provided. When I reached out to customer service to resolve these issues, I was met with unhelpful responses and zero accountability. It’s shocking how a company specializing in international shipping can be so disorganized with basic math and billing. To anyone considering MyUS—avoid them at all costs. They're deceitful and make it extremely difficult to resolve their incompetency.

For me as an Puerto Rico resident it hasn't failed me yet. I've ordered a lot from them... From smaller stuff: Gaming Mouse, steam deck, xreal air glasses, etc. to bigger stuff like: PC case, a gaming chair, etc. The only time I had a slight inconvenience was when I ordered a pair of headphones and in the retail tracking ir said it arrived but they never posted the item on my suite, the issue was that the store that I bought the headphones didn't put the whole address but after showing the receipt of the product they added to my suite and I did the shipment. Had expensive jewelry handled with care and delivered to Romania quickly, for only 25 dollars (later customs costs were added by DHL after reaching the country, for third party customs process handling, which is normal, you have to be informed about additional costs beforehand). I also requested advanced pictures and i received many detailed, high resolution pictures of the product. Thank you MyUS!
