I appreciate their willingness to address and review concerns, such as incorrect weight listings or discrepancies in how items are categorised in the suite. Areas for Improvement: Accuracy in Weight and Categorisation: One of the recurring challenges I've faced is the inaccuracy in listed package weights or incorrect categorisation of items in my suite. For example, I ordered a set of 2 Auto parts, but the listed weight was much higher than the actual weight. This not only caused confusion but also required me to request a review to correct it. Unfortunately, the review process often takes an additional 2–4 working days, which delays the overall shipment. Processing Times: The processing times for some orders could definitely be improved. On several occasions, I’ve had to follow up to ensure my orders were handled promptly. This creates unnecessary delays and makes the experience less seamless, especially when I am expecting urgent deliveries. More Attention to Detail: Better attention to detail in logging items into suites, including accurate weight and category, would save customers the hassle of repeated follow-ups and reviews. Overall: MyUS is a convenient and reliable service for international shipping, especially for customers who need access to U.S. retailers. However, the experience would be much smoother if they focused on improving accuracy in package details and expedited their resolution process for errors. With a few changes, MyUS has the potential to offer a truly seamless and frustration-free experience for its users.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2025I tried MyUS after a recommendation from a friend. Then I read the reviews and was concerned I might've made a mistake. However, both packages arrived swiftly, without issue and the shipping rates from USA to UK were reasonable. I am considering setting up a business account, but will try a few more shipments first. So far, so good!

Vor etwa 96 Stunden habe ich über MyUS bezahlt, wobei mir eine sofortige Abwicklung des Kaufs zugesichert wurde. Doch auch nach 96 Stunden wurden die Artikel nicht gekauft. Auf meine täglichen Nachfragen zur Kaufabwicklung erhielt ich widersprüchliche Antworten: Einerseits hieß es, die Waren seien bereits gekauft worden, andererseits könne es bis zu 70 Stunden dauern - ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen. Einer der Artikel ist auch am fünften Tag nach der Zahlung noch beim privaten Verkäufer verfügbar. Der zweite Artikel wurde gestern an eine andere Person verkauft - nicht an MyUS. Somit kann MyUS den teureren Artikel über 200 Dollar gar nicht mehr erwerben. MyUS hat so lange gewartet, bis der Artikel ausverkauft war. Ich verstehe nicht, warum MyUS die Waren nicht aufkauft - denn genau das ist deren Aufgabe und der Grund für meine Zahlung. Ich habe vor 5 Tagen 350 EUR bezahlt, und beide Waren wurden nicht bearbeitet, bis eine davon ausverkauft war. Durch den Umrechnungskurs entstehen mir zusätzliche Verluste, da ich von der Webseite getäuscht wurde. Ich musste nun einen PayPal-Fall eröffnen. PayPal hat bereits bestätigt, dass ich diesen in 7 Tagen abschließen kann, da die Ware bis dahin gar nicht ankommen kann - sie wurde ja nicht einmal gekauft. Da MyUS sich nicht an die eigenen Zeitangaben (bis zu 70 Stunden) Aufkauf und 8-14 Tage bis Erhalt der Ware gehalten hat, gewinne ich den Fall automatisch. Bei meiner Ware handelt es sich um unbedenkliches Spielzeug ohne Batterien von Wowwee Toys - sehr klein und handlich, das früher auch in Deutschland erhältlich war. Es gibt keine Akkus oder andere Komponenten, die eine besondere Überprüfung erfordern würden. Die MyUS-Mitarbeiter, die alle von privaten Wohnungen aus arbeiten, waren vermutlich verhindert oder hatten keine Zeit zu arbeiten. Wer also glaubt, deutsche Dienstleistungen seien schlecht - MyUS ist noch viel schlechter. Ich kann von MyUS also nur abraten! English: I recently registered with MyUS to purchase two unique 'Buy It Now' items on eBay.com, each of which was only available once. About 96 hours ago, I paid through MyUS, with the assurance of an immediate purchase. However, even after 96 hours, the items had not been bought. My daily inquiries about the purchase process yielded contradictory responses: on the one hand, I was told the items had already been purchased, but on the other hand, I was told it could take up to 70 hours and not to worry. One of the items is still available from the private seller five days after payment. The second item was sold to another person yesterday – not to MyUS. Thus, MyUS can no longer acquire the more expensive item over $200. MyUS waited so long that the item sold out. I don't understand why MyUS didn't purchase the items – that's their job and the reason I paid them. Five days ago, I paid 350 EUR, and neither item was processed until one of them sold out. Due to the exchange rate, I incur additional losses as I was misled by the website. I had to open a PayPal dispute. PayPal has already confirmed that I can close this dispute in 7 days since the item cannot arrive by then – it wasn't even purchased. Since MyUS did not adhere to their own timelines (up to 70 hours for purchase and 8-14 days for delivery), I automatically win the case. My items are harmless toys without batteries from Wowwee Toys – very small and handy, which were also available in Germany in the past. There are no batteries or other components that require special inspection. The MyUS employees, who all work from private homes, were presumably unavailable or did not have time to work. So if you think German services are bad – MyUS is much worse. I can only advise against MyUS!

Tunisia | 13 February 2025I am writing this review to warn others about my absolutely appalling experience with MyUS and their completely deceptive and exorbitant "oversized" shipping fees. Like many, I chose MyUS based on their advertised promises of "transparent pricing" and "true weight" shipping for international customers. This has turned out to be a complete and utter lie. I shipped a package with dimensions 89 in14 in18 in. While I understand that this might be considered oversized, what happened next was highway robbery. Without any prior notification or request for my consent, MyUS slapped me with an "oversized" shipping charge that was 12 TIMES the initially expected shipping cost and 7 TIMES the value of the package itself! The final charge, after a pathetic 20% "discount," came to a staggering $940.28! This astronomical fee was sprung on me after the package was shipped, with no opportunity to approve or reject these ridiculous charges. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have immediately requested to break down the package into smaller, reasonably priced shipments. The fact that MyUS proceeded with shipment and then demanded nearly a thousand dollars extra without any prior communication is simply unethical and, frankly, feels like a scam. When I contacted customer service (specifically Basma and then Lara), I was met with canned responses and complete deflection. They offered no apology for the lack of transparency and simply pointed to generic shipping calculators and "carrier fees" as justification. They completely ignored the core issue: the utter lack of consent and the shocking, unannounced price increase. They refused to waive the fees and continued to attempt to charge my card for this unauthorized amount, even after I explicitly disputed the charges. MyUS's claim of "transparent pricing" is a blatant falsehood. Their customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive when it comes to billing disputes. They are quick to charge exorbitant fees without warning and hide behind "carrier charges" to avoid taking responsibility for their deceptive practices. Do NOT trust MyUS with your shipments. Be warned that you could be hit with completely unpredictable and outrageous fees with no recourse. Look elsewhere for a reliable and transparent international shipping service. My experience with MyUS has been a financial and emotional nightmare, and I strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. They have lost a customer permanently, and I will be sharing my experience widely to prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive practices. Pros: Absolutely NONE. The entire experience has been negative. Cons: Deceptive and Hidden "Oversized" Fees Zero Transparency in Pricing Exorbitant and Unjustified Charges Lack of Prior Notification and Consent Unresponsive and Unhelpful Customer Service Refusal to Take Responsibility Attempts to Charge Card for Disputed Amounts Breach of Trust Would I recommend MyUS? Absolutely NOT. Avoid at all costs!
