South Africa | 13 February 2025Im a business client. Kathleen my line manager is a star. Without her the review might have been a bit more average. Overall very happy with the company. Rates are good, packages mostly come without damages, consolidation of packages and photos are a big upside. Here and there the occasional hiccup, but Kathleen always helps me out. I would however recommend they make a special division for business clients (dedicated support). Sometimes the normal support channels don't understand nicely how suppliers work and ship (some suppliers don't include suite numbers in their shipping labels, some suppliers ship 2 part or 3 part shipments, damages and insurance claims are sometimes back and forth) and normal support struggles to assist in some instances where there is more complicated issues.

Saudi Arabia | 13 February 2025I’ve chosen my shipment to be processed by fedexsa and didn’t know that’s the company is facing many issues and can’t deliver my shipment in time i asked many times for help but it was a clumsy response and didn’t help at all my shipment is nearly late for two weeks now and maybe one more until delivered, the myus company should provide a checking assistance for the shipment they process without the need to ask for help in a simple way when you see the shipment late automatically contact the shipping company and try to be more useful and helpful

New Zealand | 13 February 2025The merchant input data is inaccurate or incorrect 75% of the time, which means I’m constantly required to provide individual invoices for my package. It’s not streamlined thus, every time, I have to manually draft an email. There’s no option to upload it to your account for their customer care team to review. On top of that, they boast about how much cheaper their shipping is, but I haven't seen any evidence of that so far! Plus the monthly membership.. sigh. On a positive note, they package parcels well

You declared estimated 500++ USD instead of actual 229.49USD per submitted documents to rectify your estimated value. As an effect, i was forced to pay 206.63 USD on Philippine custom taxes via Fedex.

Germany | 12 February 2025I have send the two pacels to germany via DHL. But unfortuanally I haven't get the pacels yet. After Sendung 2 Times all invoices and 6 Calls , have still no Club wenn i get my parts. DHL International is the last Company choosing for transporting everything.

Canada | 12 February 2025Three boxes arrived at same time (multi package shipment). They attached the invoice that was for all 3, to a single box AND added the value of each box on top of that! Customer service has difficulty understanding the mistake, and unwilling to even consider the logical impossibility of one small box containing several pieces of furniture. Then they ghost me. So I have no choice but to send items with grossly over-declared value and pay more duty, simply because of their mistake. PS 10 minutes after I posted this (initially) 1-star review above, I finally got a useful reply from customer service and they looked at the package and fixed their mistake. Review updated. Thank you!
