Australia | 12 February 2025Your company is useless, I have to contact you every month for a subscription that gets shipped to your warehouse. I send shipping requests and then it stays as pending. I dont recive the subscription in order and your customer service are rude and arrogant. I sent a shipping request on the 23rd of January and it was sitting as pending another order came through and that has been shipped but my other order is still pending. You dont even package the items together like you should. I don't know why I am even paying for the subscription. It is useless. I'd like to add in regard to your response, I already have tickets open. But Omar isn't replying!! EDIT EDIT: NOW THEY TELL ME THEY LOST THE PARCEL AND THAT PARCELS GO MISSING FROM TIME TO TIME!!! THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION COSTING ME $250 EACH MONTH. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. IF I MISS THIS SUBSCRIPTION THE WHOLE SUBSCRIPTION IS A WASTE AND WILL HAVE COST ME $5000

I live in Italy and when the package arrived in Italy i was shocked to find that they wanted more than half of the value of the shoes to pay for import duties and other fees. I contacted myUS and said that this was unacceptable, they said if i didnt pay this extortionate fee either my package would be sent back with customs and other fees or abandoned.

Saudi Arabia | 11 February 2025This was without doubt the worst shipping experience with MyUS. - I ordered a router and a network switch for some reason! It had to go through compliance review! - The review tool took longer than what I've been told. - I was requested to fill out a form disclosing if it's for military use or commercial! - I paid fees just to process this form. - And more disappointingly, another SAME item arrived a couple of days later and it just got digested into my account without any issue. - This shows lack of internal review and inadequate inspection. - This causes even more issue releasing the shipment locally since it was flagged from your side! From a long-time loyal customer. I'm so disappointed.

They log parcels into your suite after 1-2 from its arrival to their warehouse also customer service lately are very helpful Their shipping prices are good also

I waited for over 20 days for its rectification.It was disapaointing to see the that even after confirmation for putting the right decription on the follow up the erforma invoice had not been updated accordingly.Also, MYUS.com does not put the right hsn codes for the products recd. resulting in the goods being held up at indian customs for pebalties for wrong description and hsn codes.

This was the third time their carelessness has led to the destruction of a collectable. Worse, they seem to believe that I have to buy insurance against their carelessness. I have yet to receive an answer regarding my claim for compensation. After seeing my review, MyUS reached out through Trustpilot, stating that they care deeply about their customers' concerns, and to contact them through support app. This is a standard statement that they use on all negative reviews. Any company that hides behind email addresses, and refuses to take customer calls directly is not a company with integrity. MyUS solutions to problems is to say that they will be more careful in the future, without taking any financial responsibility for the damage they cause to their customers' property. The promise of better care in the future is, quite frankly, an empty promise. In my case, they have damaged my purchases on three separate occasions, without compensating a single penny for the damage that they caused. A company that offers a "store credit" does not care about their customers. A store credit traps the customer into the option of using their inferior services or losing the amount credited by taking their business elsewhere. I have sent them a claim for damages to a collectable item that they damaged through the use of box cutters to slice open a paper envelope. The damaged item is not longer in collectable condition. MyUS said that claims are answered within 7 days, and its been almost three weeks without any response. This is not the behavior of a serious company. Two events have occurred since my last update. After delaying a decision for several weeks, MyUS finally sent me notification that my claim has been approved, but credited an amount that was way lower than the amount I had claimed. They refused to acknowledge the value of the item that they ruined. They reimbursed the purchase price only. I have to assume that MyUS accepts little to no damage that they inflict on their customers' merchandise. MyUS committed to updating my file, advising their staff not to use box cutters to slash open envelopes. I just opened the latest shipment from MyUS (a box that contained many paper envelopes). All these envelopes were slashed open with box cutters. Two of my items were ruined. This company has no integrity. They show little in the way of professionalism and they don't have a clue what customer service means. It is now Feb 23rd 2025. MyUS has denied my claim for a refund because I didn't purchase insurance. My packages arrived undamaged at their facility. They slashed them open with box cutters, completely damaging the covers. They put the damaged envelopes along with the ruined contents into a box along with my other purchases, and shipped it via FedEx. So they expect me to buy insurance to protect myself, not from the courier, but from their own ineptitude.

I have only had to contact customer service on one occasion and the problem was resolved promptly and without further issue. A first class service with reasonable charges.
