However, after reading other comments, I came to the same conclusion: Why is the country's import tax collected for EVERY purchase? New Zealand allows NZD 1000,- to be imported without import tax. (Other duties may apply). I need to overthink my membership.

Every time I inquire, I receive the same response. I was asked to provide an invoice PDF, which I already sent. I also requested the package to be shipped to a UK address, or if that was not possible, to Sri Lanka—but all I’ve received are empty promises. Your team keeps saying that updates will be sent via email, yet I have received nothing. These packages contain products for my business, purchased with my hard-earned money, and they were urgently needed. I demand an immediate refund, as it seems my package has been stolen.
