However, after reading other comments, I came to the same conclusion: Why is the country's import tax collected for EVERY purchase? New Zealand allows NZD 1000,- to be imported without import tax. (Other duties may apply). I need to overthink my membership.

last package was 5x5 cm , they have put it in a 20 cm package

Ça passe bien. sauf que parfois il me demande des frais de douane ( portant j'ai choisi de payer ces frais au réception). Et quand je reçois le colis je pay encore ces frais. Je doit a chaque fois envoyer la facture pour qu'il me rembourse. a part ça toutes es très bien

I was asked to provide an invoice PDF, which I already sent. I also requested the package to be shipped to a UK address, or if that was not possible, to Sri Lanka—but all I’ve received are empty promises. Your team keeps saying that updates will be sent via email, yet I have received nothing. These packages contain products for my business, purchased with my hard-earned money, and they were urgently needed. I demand an immediate refund, as it seems my package has been stolen.

Inconsistent policies. When I ship to an address within USA, sometimes you agree to ship within USA & sometimes you deny/reject my request under some vague pretext.

It's a good way to have items that cannot be shipped to my country. But it is quite pricey and unfortunately does not permit to ship perfumes.

In the situation where items and staff from the USA are having difficulties to be delivered in EU I really appreciate you to do delivery easy and promptly. I am kindly asking that you don’t ask for advance custom taxes because they are however deducted by custom here in Croatia.
