Mexico | 06 February 2025service is convenient but in execution ive experienced a few problems, several packages were said to have a slight problem on the address which got me fees.. then more recently my last shipment sent to Mexico did have the right paperwork and had to be returned to MYUS which is costly and inconvenient. Few storage fees and things which seems a lot for such a small item but ill keep using for a while and see if it goes smoother for my next order.

Sweden | 06 February 2025Jag beställde öl från Brewdog i UK till då min postbox på MyUS i UK. När paketet anlänt så får jag meddelande om att öl är farligt gods och dem undrar om jag vill slänga allt eller returnera. Bara det en väldigt oseriös fråga. Att öl är ett farligt gods står ingenstans på deras sida och det verifierar dem sedan att det inte gör det utan var något som uppkommit nu då dem inte hade tillgång till sin leverantörs tjänster. Jag väljer då att returnera men det går inte då den är låst på deras sida och svarstiden är lång vilket gör att jag blir debiteras förvaringskostnad. Dem krediterar dock sedan den debiteringen. Men efter över 1 månad så löser dem att dem kan returnera min beställning men inte skicka den till mig? Vilket är konstigt men debiteringen för returen är högre än godsvärdet? Över 96usd för att returnera paketet och på grund av så sen återkoppling så har returrätten om 14dgr redan passerat så att jag får ändå betala för produkterna. Jag har alltså fått betala över 170usd för ingenting och detta enbart pga MyUs inte skriver ut att Öl är farligt gods samt långsam hantering från deras sida. Väldigt konstigt att jag som kund ska drabbas allt kan självklart uppstå men detta gör att jag rekommenderar verkligen att inte använda deras tjänster. Detta skrivs efter MyUs svar som då är att jag ska kontakta deras support vilket jag självklart gjort innan detta skrevs flera gånger men eftersom dem inte kunde lösa det på ett bra sätt så skrev jag ovan information så inte fler kunder blir lurade.
