They do not put items in your suite. Instead they steal it or they put it in other peoples suites. When you complain to them for not putting it in the suite despite it being delivered for over a week with the correct suite information on the package they charge you around 20 dollars to put it in the suite despite it being their fault.

Although tracking for three packages shows they were delivered and my Ebay receipts shows the right address and my suite number they claim the packages didn't have suite numbers and destroyed all three. What lies. They either stole them or lost all three. Considering they have my name as well on all three packages. The worst service I have ever had. I cannot believe they destroyed all my items I bought and sent to them. Criminal. If you are smart avoid this company.

So many hidden fees. Refunds for things THEY mess up go to store credit. I tried the premium free trial but quickly decided not to continue after it ended up way worse and more expensive than other services and they somehow think it's okay to charge $20 to switch back to the free tier. Awful

MyUs is appaently full of theives ! My last shippment was stolen under the line of restricted ! Many times this happened with me ! Values of items are always written in high untrue way . This is not a company policy BUT I'm pretty sure .. there are thieves in every corner in MyUs . I'm closing my account NOW

The way to get picture of the goods on the new website is not convenient at all. Before i just had to select "view photo" confirm, and the photo opened. Now the page have to be refresh, I have to go back on the article I was in, click on view the photos and finally I can access to the picture. It's way more annoying, without mentioning that I receive an email each and every time I 'request this service' which is part of my subscription. Please fix this time-consuming system TY

Deluso, mi hanno spedito il pacco dall’America, arriva in dogana italiana e si è fermato, ci sono due prodotti che non posso essere venduti ai privati, nulla lo faccio tornare indietro in America, sento spesso un tipo “Gianfranco” gli chiedo il rimborso dei dazi, me l’ho fa avere, ma non nel mio conto, ma nel mio account per usarlo nelle prossime spedizione, li dico ok allora togli pure i due prodotti che non sono a norma e rispedisci il pacco in Italia, a questo punto nessuno si fa più sentire, gli ho bombardati di e-mail senza nessuna risposta, come se si fossero volatizzati nel nulla. Inaffidabili… non dovete affidarvi assolutamente, io già lo sto dicendo a tutti i miei contati. Servizio pessimo, lasciate stare e rivolgetevi a dei professionali veri, si fanno strapagare e non danno neanche il servizio giusto. Meglio che non regalate i soldi a questi qua come ho fatto io.

I have the MyUS account for years now and so far it worked great doing exactly what it claims to do. I've never had anything lost or damaged and the pricing is reasonable.
