【Here is the story of the stolen images..】 A seller at the site has stolen our images photographed by us and listed at our website, and has kept using those stolen images to sell her own stuff at her pages, ( Many pages!!) so we kindly asked the seller to stop using images, but she only replied fx x ck off!!  so we needed to ask  Customer service & copyright of 1stdibs.com, with a listing reference of ours as well as the seller. but unfortunately it's already been 6 days passed , but nothing has happened , and still she kept using our images.. and made some sales already! it means the buyer will not get what she saw in the images!! This seller does the same thing at other similar shopping sites, so we reported this issue to other sites as well. Then thankfully ,  the other sites Vestiaire, and Jolis closet, extra..did deal with this issue so quickly and the pages are all gone, and buyers are protected. cuz when comparing images at our site and hers, it's TOTALLY obvious that the seller is stealing and using.   All other sites regard this issue as a very serious one, WHy ? It's simple.. cuz a buyer decides to buy an item due to the beautiful images on the page, but after all she will not get the exact same item in the same condition , cuz the images are just stolen ones.. What if the one the seller has are the fake items? We do feel so sorry for buyers who see those images and decide to buy… probably that is why there are so many claims all here, after getting an item that is totally different from the images. If 1stDibs  lets the seller keep doing this, the site can make profit out of her stealing  but a buyer will be surely disappointed. For example, Joli Closet was really fast to do the action in only 1 day.  They do focus on buyers profit , not their own profit, so the Vestiaire does. I do wish 1st Dids will be a safe place like them. All buyers need to see the ACTUAL images, NOT some stolen images.. Don't you think guys??! But the strange thing is,, the 1st Dibs team already had the listing reference of ours as well as the seller.  but not analyze and leave the issue unsolved.. and keep letting her pages go as sold!! We will keep updated here what actions will be taken cuz we CHANEL sellers and buyers are dying for a safe place.

In meinem Fall auf eine Anzeige reagiert, die für 2.150,00 € ausgepreist war. In der Auftragsbestätigung waren es dann aber 2.612,25 €. Das ist hochgradig unseriös und in meinen Augen Betrug am Kunden und am Händler. Außerdem gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit, einen Kundenservice, der diesen Namen auch verdient, zu erreichen. Eine typisch US-amerikanische Überflieger-Plattform. Finger weg!

1stDibs have facilitated a sell of an enamelled cast-iron pan by Copco Denmark, designed by Jan Trägårdh, while wrongly claim it to be designed by the american Michael Lax. It is not. It is not only a misguiding mistake, it is illigal and must be corrected.

Excellent quality at very reasonable prices. Fairly quick shipping and packaged very well. Arrived with no issues. Highly recommended.

Finger weg! Leider habe ich keinerlei Unterstützung oder seriösen Kundenschutz erfahren, nachdem mir eine eindeutig gefälschte Designertasche geliefert wurde, die überdies ganz übel riecht. Daher mein Rat: Finger weg von diesen Schlaumeiers.

Ce sont des voleurs! Sur le site ils est indiqué que les retours sont acceptés. J'ai du payer 116 euros de frais de douanes pour récupérer mon colis et ils ne m'ont même pas prévenu de plus je leur ai dit que j'allais pas récupérer le colis car les frais étais important et ils mon dit qu'il n'allais pas accepter mon colis si je le renvoie et qu'il n'accepte pas les retour. Alors que sur le site il est préciser qu'il acceptés. N'acheter pas chez eux si vous voyez des peix attractif car pour un achat de 340 euros j'ai du payer 116 euros de douane pour récupérer mon colis!! Ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs!!!!

DO NOT SELL ON THIS PLATFORM! As a 'seller' on this platform, it's the biggest joke out there! 1. We have been listed on there for over 6 months and not sold 1 single item! 2. We have had a lot of clients try and contact us but cannot reach us on the phone number that 1st dibs provide. 3. They have just taken some money off our company card and cannot explain what this is for. We have never subscribed or agreed a paid plan but they claim this is a subscription fee. To think a company like this can just take money from you without an explanation is outrageous! I intend to consult our lawyers to pursue them.

Our gallery, Photorealism of Boca Raton, has been a seller on 1stdibs for over five years, and as such, we would like to address the sellers’ comments posted here. We have had significant success on 1stdibs. We sell several pieces per month, and these sales are to people who most likely would not have found us just doing an online search. Many become regular customers who give our pieces to others as gifts. Many sellers here are complaining that belonging to 1stdibs is not worth it; we just wanted people to know that there are sellers, us for example, who are happy with the expenditure and experience.

I am a big fan of 1stDibs so I am very disappointed because I don't have access to the Art section although I try again and again. I couldn’t have better things to say about my first ever purchase through 1stDibs! The entire transaction was incredible. The necklace I was in love with was at a high price point but I was able to communicate with the seller to get it within reach - something I never expected! Our conversations were helpful, patient, and reassuring, which I needed for such a major purchase. My necklace was shipped so quickly, and everything was true to detail and even better than the photos and videos (sparkles, sparkles everywhere!). This necklace is absolutely the statement piece it was listed as, and is something I’ll cherish and love my entire life. It’s a totally unique and beautiful vintage showstopper.
